not that I know of... there was some reports that somebody hit him in the head with a fire extinguisher? - not sure if thats confirmed because there has been many things reported that turned out not to be true (16 year old girl etc)

pretty sure that the police will be vary active in tracking down anybody involved with this though and suspect it would have been big news if they had charged somebody with murder therefore Id guess no arrests yet

I dunno - if he does genuinley think that then any half decent lawyer will get him off the charges based on him being insane - that said he has Rudi as a lawyer so he will probably end up in the chair (unless killary gets to him in prison first)

How come with this group US police are behaving in standard police fashion and with minorities they go to their gun at the drop of a hot? Not asking as a rhetorical question with obvious answer as "Racism" but because it made no sense that Police did not use guns when the protest went this violent.

They should have used at least non lethal bullets but I doubt they had enough of those either. The more videos you see the more glaring the lack of any preparedness for the incoming crowd whatsoever. They were barely prepared for a group of high schoolers , let alone brainwashed mob with combat training.

It’s not standard police fashion, and you’re right, it doesn’t make sense. It’s a total lack of preparedness from the leadership. From the photos and videos I’ve seen it didn’t look like the officers were equipped with riot gear, nor were they in any kind of riot formation. They were outnumbered, and looked like there was no direction given. If the command staff declined outside help then that’s damning enough. Though admittedly i don’t know anything about how it works over there as far as jurisdiction and inter-department assistance protocol.

Hard to twist it since everything is on cam and people actually watching? And with trump as their head honcho things could get ugly in court proceedings. I dont know which is worst. Got shot on duty or shooting someone wrongly and got 10 years jailtime.

Killing a black man under custody is easier since mostly it's your word against his

Seriously though, this was a complete clusterfeck. The rank and file, most/all of whom are not "in on it" were left hanging by leadership who did not want to piss off Trump. How this doesn't turn every single LEO against him and his enablers will be a mystery to me. They quite literally turned you into sacrifices to their own avarice and greed.

He can’t in New York. If he is a registered practitioner in NYC alone, he won’t be able to practice in any other state either.

For example, I am admitted to practice in a specific state in Aus, but my qualifications allow me to act in any state of Australia provided that I seek leave of the Court/Tribunal to do so which is rarely opposed.

Youre right, doesn’t mean he can’t practice law, but he can only represent himself and he can’t claim his costs if he is successful in litigation if he is acting for himself.
