I just watched that entire video and it makes them the opposite of hypocrites. As the video explains, Bayern would benefit from a super league more than nearly anyone. Maybe the most. Simply due to how much more money they would make from broadcasting compared to other teams from other leagues.
Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford, those 2 are able to do that kind of thing.

I don’t see how this desecration can be solved from within football associations. It’s going to take the collection action of the national governments to prohibit this by law. And I’m quite sure that if litigation against the legality of such laws (in the UK, Italy, etc,) is brought that the courts would hold in favor of the governments.

Busby and United were very unpopular with the Football League for wanting to enter European competitions. Some would argue the Munich Air Disaster was inadvertently caused by the Football League’s hard stance is being unwilling to flex the schedule, which meant United travelling by air in tight windows to fulfil domestic and European fixtures.
I never said this isn't worse than anything we have seen, but does that mean what we have seen in the last 20 years is acceptable?
Yes I am aware of it being in the news, but the average football fan was not going to do anything about it and most people were happy to accept it and continue watching football like nothing happened.
People moaning about money in the game means diddly squat as these same people still watched football regardless. PL - Leicester and West Ham will fight for the title. It's all good when they pip the big boys when they are actually playing. But if they are banned, the same sky who has the rights will be the first one to create an issue here. This is in addition to other countless lawsuits that would go.
Now banning from international tournaments. That's even worse. UEFA probably can ( I don't think they can ban players for non sporting reasons. This is the club ownership and not the players. If my employer does something wrong, I cant be punished ans court won't agree to it).
