I am curious about the source of these leaks. Whichever player is doing this, assuming that it is a player leak and not something entirely made up, and I don’t think it’s entirely made up because it’s very believable based on what we see on the field, do the players believe that the fans, the footballing public and such will take their side?
If so it’s a massive own goal because all I’ve seen anywhere, and quite rightly, is backlash against the players for their lazy underperformance.

We've got so many players who want to leave and aren't playing that I imagine is where most of the noise is coming from
It is truly incredible to me when seeing this BS that we have threads calling out the manager after 5 games. We could have hired Paul Ince as manager and the lack of effort of this lot would still be the players fault. Theyre an absolute disgrace.
Hopefully RR will bring in somebody in January that I can get excited about. Here we come sixth place! This has been the most difficult period for me, post Fergie. I know I may take some slack, but at least our work rate was better under the previous managers, bar Ole.

If body language and effort is any indication of the players mentality, the entire squad must be moaning. Not one of them has played like they deserve to be playing at Manchester United except Phil Jones in the last match.

I wish there were some newspapers dedicated to fans view only so that we tell the overpaid cnuts how much we doubt the ability of these whinging whining moaning bunch of wasters at this club. Cliques form in any work place when people feel threatened. Ronaldo is probably thinking this is his last chance at a Champion's League club. Despite all the bullcrap CafTalk of him being fine to work with Ralf, it's basically looking like he's decided one of them has to go. He isn't wrong.

I don’t think it should take 6 weeks to play to at least the standard they played under Michael Carrick. We’ll see in the long run and I hope I’m proven spectacularly wrong.
That’s a big part of the managers job to manage those situations. It’s not hard to pick an 11. The difficult part is in these details. If players won’t play the way he wants, pick somebody else.

Absolutely mate. The players don’t even know Ralf, he’s been there for a few weeks. When you have half the squad unhappy, that can’t be the players fault either, most people aren’t naturally problematic and will generally try their best.
This is a combination of 9 years of mismanagement suddenly coming home to roost on the boards doorstep. They can’t repair the leak with cellotape anymore, the pipe has burst. I hope we don’t finish outside top 4 but it’s not looking good right now, neither is our future as a top club. Let’s hope Ralf is backed to sort it out!

I am all in favour of him dropping those who don't give full commitment and picking players who are hungry and will at least give everything.
If the leaked stories are only half true neither Klopp nor Pepp will get this team performing. Both coaches demand 110% effort and theirv teams are well known for their hard and relentless work ethic.
I believe United is missing a core of senior players who will identify the foul apples in the squad. At Bayern you have Neuer, Müller, Lewandowski and Kimmich (before also Alaba and Boateng) who are 100% committed to the club and want outmost success. If some players don't give it all, they will take care of the issue.
Just what happened with Sané when he joined last year. In the first 6 months his body language on the pitch didn't look good and when he lost a ball he was often seen just standing and complaining. Look at the player today. He is one the absolute top performers this season, always chasing after a ball he lost and winning many important tackles. A complete changed player.
Surely their had to be also given credit to Nagelsmann to let me play on the left and giving him more freedom to move to the center but the change of attitude and body language needs to come from within the team.
All great teams have such a core of players who ensure everybody is absolutely given the best. Liverpool with Henderson, VVD, Millner and Wynaldum. Real Madrid with Ronaldo, Ramos, Modric and Benzema.
I don't see such a core at United.

I’m sure we won’t notice if any of these so called professionals moves on as their performances have been akin to over paid primadonnas for months now….the lot of them can do one….I left OT after the goal the other night - I was so depressed with what I’ve seen from this bunch and their efforts against wolves were shocking. And before you climb aboard and accuse me of glory hunting I was in OT with 20000 hardy soles back in 1988 when we had just gone another season watching poor football - but at least those guys tried and were not being paid life changing amounts of money each week for sweet FA. Roll on May and a break from following these imposters in ‘our’ red shirts….

I don’t believe it has anything to do with nationality. I mean for example are Rashford and Maguire really friends? They probably get on alright but on international duty it’s Sancho and Rashford while Maguire is always with Stones, Kane, Rice, etc.
Shaw probably gets on with both Maguire and Rashford.
Greenwood probably doesn’t care about stuff like that and may occasionally knock on Rashford’s and Sancho’s door.

I think it’s rather players who are playing vs those who are not.
But the problem with that is lets say its the ones not playing, Henderson, Donny, Lingard, Telles, Dalot, Martial, Baily, Pogba....they dont wield any power at the club. If they're unhappy it can't exactly spill over into the pitch when most barely play, yet there are plenty that are playing and look unhappy and play terribly.
People don’t want to hear it but I really believe Ronaldo being undroppable is a huge issue. Greenwood has to come off or be on the bench instead. Cavani might also not be happy about the other old striker being undroppable. Players might also not be happy with Bruno playing for Ronaldo. They might also not like the system RR is playing … but that doesn’t necessarily mean that there are cliques. Just players with different opinions based on their own current status in the team.
I mean the class of 92 were one of the biggest cliques we had - but it never had a bad influence on the team or performances.
