I think they've downed tools on the board tbf.
" "There's a leadership struggle going on. Harry Maguire is the captain, but he doesn't feel like the captain."
In other words Ronaldo
I apologise for being really really bad. Ffs
Late '90s glory hunters mainly. Us older ones were never convincedThey were working under a club legend who had the backing of the fans
A shame they didn't repay him by trying a bit harder then, and not get tonked 0-5 at home by Liverpool.and had got the squad together
I dare say you're right. Maybe they should take a bit more interest in their own professional world.and replaced by someone who hasn’t really been heard by any of them.
Really? Just because he said that players who don't want to play for the club can do one? I think most fans would support him there. This someone has already shown how ruthless he is.
No it isn't. You seem to think it's a mass rebellion though. It's just as likely to be one or two disgruntled players making out that they are speaking for the majority so they come across as concerned statesmen rather than whining pricks. Probably the same ones that moaned about McKenna's "schoolmasterly" coaching. This isn’t surprising.
PhelanWho are the obvious cliques at the club?
The Brazilian and Portugese ones led by Ronaldo and Bruno.
The English ones led by Maguire and probably Jesse.
The Spanish ones, Cavani probably mixes with them.
Donny himself.
Who else?
Maguire is a weak ass fecking captain who does not motivate on the pitch and has allowed cliques to form off it

mirror nonsense
I don’t think it should take 6 weeks to play to at least the standard they played under Michael Carrick. We’ll see in the long run and I hope I’m proven spectacularly wrong. After 6 weeks??
You don’t see that as being a little bit unfair?
Especially in light of the clear issues with the players in the squad.
That’s a big part of the managers job to manage those situations. It’s not hard to pick an 11. The difficult part is in these details. If players won’t play the way he wants, pick somebody else.Don't disagree.
But if the players, or a number of them have already decided that they are not going although with what he is telling them, then they can make it incredibly difficult for him.
Is it can't or won't?I don’t think it should take 6 weeks to play to at least the standard they played under Michael Carrick. We’ll see in the long run and I hope I’m proven spectacularly wrong.
We need a transfer window like when Sir Alex got rid of Hughes, Ince, and Kanchelskis. Just wake up tomorrow and find out we've sold Rashford, McTominay, and Maguire or something.
If it’s won’t then pick somebody who will.Is it can't or won't?
I mean Luke Shaw after the game said not all the players are together. It's not all made up bollocks.exactly but everyone eating it up. Low hanging fruit for these "journalists"
State of the club though to be such easy fodder for them

It seems our group want a Pep or Klopp to tell them and they'll probably listen, were probably expecting Zidane to come in or some other type of figure. I expected this to go south because Ralf is not well known.

Obviously there’s some truth in what the players are saying but this is not the way to react. And it’s not like they were working hard prior to Rangnick coming in.
Goldbridge and his followers banging the table for an immediate backroom clearout are left with egg on their face.
I’ve decided to take a break from following the club. It’s taking a toll on my mental health. And it’s not worth it on this lot.
Get rid of everyone who's creating problem or wants to go.
I don’t believe it has anything to do with nationality. I mean for example are Rashford and Maguire really friends? They probably get on alright but on international duty it’s Sancho and Rashford while Maguire is always with Stones, Kane, Rice, etc.Who are the obvious cliques at the club?

But the problem with that is lets say its the ones not playing, Henderson, Donny, Lingard, Telles, Dalot, Martial, Baily, Pogba....they dont wield any power at the club. If they're unhappy it can't exactly spill over into the pitch when most barely play, yet there are plenty that are playing and look unhappy and play terribly.I think it’s rather players who are playing vs those who are not.
People don’t want to hear it but I really believe Ronaldo being undroppable is a huge issue. Greenwood has to come off or be on the bench instead. Cavani might also not be happy about the other old striker being undroppable. Players might also not be happy with Bruno playing for Ronaldo. They might also not like the system RR is playing … but that doesn’t necessarily mean that there are cliques. Just players with different opinions based on their own current status in the team. But the problem with that is lets say its the ones not playing, Henderson, Donny, Lingard, Telles, Dalot, Martial, Baily, Pogba....they dont wield any power at the club.
