My guess he will negotiate but at the same time carry on the war. At the end of the day we haven’t seen anywhere near what Russia can do .

Honest answer, none of us have a clue and none of us are likely any more educated on this than you either! What seems clear is everyone is hoping for a ceasefire.
Basically zero. Sounds more like Russia's tactics to justify heavier attacks, 'they don't want to negotiate'. They won't suddenly back down from 'fighting the Nazis'.

It is in regards to the start of the war i agree, it's a bit irrelevant and just causing misunderstandings. However the narrative is formed and used by Putin so countering it rather than denying it is required to show the Russian people that Putin is in the wrong. There's no doubt it will form part of the diplomacy going forward, a reasonable compromise with a new Russian leader such as Ukraine in NATO but no NATO missles or bases in Ukraine would be a win-win.

I'm not sure he cares. He's just basically threatened to end the world so economic sanctions may be last of his worry.

His jet is in Latvia supposedly. To me the fact that he's in a position to broker anything is an effective admission of his close contact with the Kremlin.
Would love it if he got all his assets in the UK confiscated asap...
I bet he's banking on negotiations being successful because if things get heated after failed negotiations, he's effectively revealed himself to be a close confidant of Putin.

Different kettle of fish though Japan, 2 atomic bomb aside they kinda accept the naratives that it saves lifes, and they have been given "face" that their emperor may remain in power (no court etc), and there's not much animosity back then, and IIRC they did pick up quite fast after WW2 I think with the help of everyone economically.
Can't say the same with Russia.

In 3 days I don’t think so, Putin didn’t send in the number of forces he could, he thought he could blitz to Kyiv quickly and take it but met resistance he didn’t expect. We have seen no real constant shelling of Kyiv that we could have.
Think People were making that comment before realizing He's negotiating on behalf of Putin. I was on the same boat but based on what I've read he seems to be the only Russian Oligarch to respond to Ukraine's plea to assist them in the negotiations so, he's definitely a good guy in all this.
Punish? Do some research into how Abramovich acquired his fortune. He's a 100% rock solid cnut.
Full reversed? 100%? Slim chance, but I think they'd bark a lot but somehow give some concession, not enough to make Russia go ballistic (pun intended) but kind enough to let them retreat and fight another day.

Well i didn’t know it was a Ukrainian request. Also being asked by and actively helping Ukraine are completely separate things. They wouldn’t ask someone who had no clout with Putin and imagine he’s fostered some sort of ties within Ukraine so is approachable. I obviously wish the Ukrainians infinite success in the peace negotiations, although I think Russia will negotiate in terrible faith (as they have done consistently) sadly.
On Roman, he’s clearly a crook so yeah boot him out along with the rest of the oligarchs. Maybe give them the Bill Browder treatment.
It has got nothing to do with Ukraine. There was a video showing the Ukranian soldiers telling the Russian war ship to f..ck off. Of course there was a chance that these guys were alive. However, how do you know if they are or not, as you can not communicate with them and it is an island that you do not have any access to of whatsoever.
