The smaller penalties are applied before the larger ones. So if Perez and Sainz qualify 3rd and 4th Max's 5 place pen effectively becomes 3 places.
If I had to bet it'll be Leclerc, Alonso, Russell and then Max in 4th.
It was mentioned that of all drivers only Max could reach >12K rpm on the end of straight, not sure how correct this info is.
Imagine how big the gap will be when they finally allow Max to remove the 15 bricks that have been keeping him company in his cockpit!

Leclerc for me, qualifying s normally good for him, not that much they can feck up.
Does it even matter? He started something like 14th or 15th last time and still pissed home.
Leclerc, Russell and Alonso to be top 3, not necessarily in that order.
Not sure Russell will be there, both Merc's looked short of speed.

Haas' car has turned into a complete disaster this season. Shame because they were so competitive in the first 2 races.

this looks like a dead cert Pole for Leclerc.
Was K Mag out of Q3 before his laptime was deleted? They spent all of last season developing the 2022 car and since its launch it's just got slower and slower. They have not brought many upgrades either.

As far as I understand it, yes.
If any of Hamilton, Perez and Sainz qualify behind him, within 5 places, his penalty is effectively reduced.
So all 3 qualify behind him and I think he'll end up 4th

So Ferrari have pole position at Monza, with all their direct rivals taking grid penalties. Leclerc seems poised to win this. What could possibly go wrong, right?
