Premier League Gameweek 15

"Trent" looking more like Djimi Traore every week.

Nunez is so clumsy at times but the Lukaku comparison doesn't fit, the energy and physical challenge he presents is huge. Like a very unpolished Cavani.

The Cavani comparison is a good one. Annoyingly, I think there's enough there for him to be a good success in the long-term for Liverpool. He seems to be getting into good positions quite often.

Terrible from Dier. Nice finish Salah.

He’s properly spursed that

This game has summed up TAA perfectly. Awful off the ball and some world class passing on it.

Awful by Dier there. Good finish.

Liverpool crawling back into top four contention. The competition for two places between Chelsea, Tottenham, Newcastle, Liverpool, Manchester United - going to be tough.

Why do Spurs never make serious attempts to replace Dier in the line up?

He always has errors in him v this type of opposition.

That is the result of good management.
I know, it is, but you would think they will push the boat out a bit more if they get CL. CL will attract players on it's own. They have dealt with everything so well. Bought sensibly. Rather than the PSG route of just sign the biggest named forwards but still a bit dodgy in defence. Howe is proving to be a very good coach, would have liked him at England, but Newcastle is probably a better proposition at the moment.

That header was no way on either. Stupid decision

Dire

Eric Dier... but to be fair he is STILL a midfielder playing CB. Absolute madness.

Young Cavani was a total beast, ran the channels like a mad man, put huge pressure on defenders but had incredibly erratic finishing. I don't think Nunez has his intelligence in terms of his movement or is quite as athletic but a poor mans Cavani is still a handful.

Conte deserves all the bad luck given how negative he is.

Spurs have rolled over and had their tummies tickled in games against every single half decent side they've played, and have been jammy as feck in most of the rest.

Can't believe how lucky they've been to rack up the points they have so far.

What an absolute shit weekend of results
