"I have to be honest with you Jim, this is a midtable clash here"![]()
Commentator was spot on "we are watching a midtable clash here"

I think he wanted to kick it with the outside of his right foot but made a mess of itHe just kicked it straight, like he couldn't give a feck to keep it on the pitch
Oh yeah I'm definitely not worried about top 4 in the slightest. One of these days I just want an Anfield game where we can go there and batter them though. Worst ground to go to.
I think so. Though I’d back Chelsea to finish higher than Liverpool - surely one of their 15 signings will turn out good.Would a draw between these two technically be the best result for us?

Extremely low quality first half. That was brutalI can't believe the lack of quality in this game. That kick summed it up. What the feck is he trying?
Who said that?
Can’t say he or she is wrong. It’s been a terrible game.
feck me , still going on about the Bruno goal vs City last week.
A decision goes in our favour and the whole world goes into meltdown.
Absolutely, just funny now that averages performances look good due to him being so bad.Yeah I mean that at least so far he doesn't look like he's just wandered onto the pitch and has never kicked a ball before
He's done ok vs Salah today to be fair to him.
By his standards he's looked decent, he's still a shocking transfer though.
Goes to show how fast things change in football. This was a Top 3 clash 12 months ago while us and Arsenal were the feckups.
Gakpo looks so average
They’ve bought shite forwards when they should’ve bought shite midfieldersWhat the feck has happened to Liverpool.
I think it's someone else.Peter Drury I think?
I think it's someone else.
His left foot was just ahead of it, it’s just not that obvious at first glanceJust a question on the Chelsea offside. Havertz was behind the ball when Silva took the shot, doesn’t that make him onside?
He wasn't - he had one foot in front of the ball.Just a question on the Chelsea offside. Havertz was behind the ball when Silva took the shot, doesn’t that make him onside?
Drury/Beglin are a classic duo, I recognize Beglin commentating but the other one is unfamiliar to me tbhCould be. I tuned in late and hardly ever know who they are.
I enjoyed Andy Robertson realising how shite Liverpool’s attack is and deciding to play up-front for 5 minutesThe best bit about that 1st half was the commentators still moaning about Bruno's goal last week

Yup was glad we missed out. Might turn into a decent LW, and he has a good shot technique and cross technique, but outside of that he doesn't have much. He's not a player who will threaten you with the ball at his feet as he isn't much of a runner with it and isnt explosive at all.He always did, despite his stats.

Peter Drury is a closet United supporter Im convinced.
The way I see it, if the club never makes an official bid then the rest is pure invention by journosETH has pulled a City on Liverpool hasn't he?
Baited them into 'stealing' Gakpo from us like we did Sanchez.
I bet he never actually wanted him![]()
Draw or Chelsea win. So we know what's coming.Would a draw between these two technically be the best result for us?
