Our work rate isn't good enough at the moment. We're very static and slow. It's too easy for Fulham to get on the ball and we're not making use of the size of the pitch to drag them out of their positions. When we have the ball, nobody is fecking moving and there's too many players behind the ball, nobody trying to go beyond the ball to make an option for an overlapping pass.
