I don't understand, weren't there many news saying Kane favors Bayern. Now apparently he has to decide whether to go or not.
The Bundesliga is not a top title. It's a great move for him and i can't understand how anyone doesn't see that.
Of to play for one of the biggest clubs in the world and challenge for the top titles.
Yes I definitely think so. They look very strong across all areas in the starting 11 if they sign Kane and having already signed Kim Min-jae to partner De Ligt.Does Kane make Bayern one of the main CL contenders again? They fell off a little in the last 2 years.
I get the impression that we're baulking at the wages more than the transfer fee itself. To be fair I'd feel a bit sick giving Kane a 4 year deal on over 500k a week.
If Conte was still there, he'd do a straight Kane for Lukaku swap.£20 mil plus Lukaku and Ziyech? Everyone is happy.
Depending on how he does in Germany. With CR, Messi, Benzema all plying retirement football now, it’s up for grabs. He's not winning the Ball on D'Or let's be honest. He's really good, but he's not THAT good.
He might not necessarily be a designated sub, but his minutes should be shared with a more experienced striker for the first year or two in an ideal world. Isak was rotated with Wilson at Newcastle last season having spent big money on him, Darwin Nunez wasn't a guaranteed starter at Liverpool either.Don’t be so silly. We aren’t paying £72m for a player to be a sub for 4 years. Some of you are bonkers.
I'm sure he has quite a lot of flex as a partner beyond just asking politely. He can ask, that's about all the pressure he can apply in real terms.
Because we're a PL rival, the price is obviously higher as Spurs are weakened and we're stronger for it.Explain again why we would have to bid more than the accepted bid![]()

Kane and Hojlund would be great for us because you need more than one avenue of goals if you want to compete for the biggest prizes. As Kane starts to tail off, Hojlund would naturally pick up more and more minutes in his place. That's succession planning.
Papers said as much, but there were no photos backing up their claims.Wasn't his Wife in Munich a few weeks ago looking at areas to live?
Because he’s fecked if he suffers a bad injury. So why don’t we speak to kanes brother and tell him to stay and we’ll come in with a very good bid in January. If they don’t sell in January we go back in may when the season is over and get him on a free transfer. Levy can try feck us over but kane is literally free to do whatever he wants in less than a years time. His cards are dwindling

He already plays for one of the biggest clubs in the world that challenges for the top titles though.
Poor Ange...what a mess.![]()
Are people seriously still suggesting we match the bid and 'hijack' the deal?
Wake up lads...
Over to you now Harry. It will be interesting to see how quickly this progresses.
La Liga and Serie A - by virtue of the fact that we can't carve the name of the winner into the trophy before the season even kicks off. What would count as a top club title to you at this point in time besides being PL champion and the CL ?
Matching Bayern price would do the trick. We should have waited with Hojlund but what is done is done.No chance we'll get him. We'd have to bid something like 130m at least to convince Levy to sell to a PL rival and I doubt we have that. Ship's sailed.
It's a problem for the league really. We need Tottenham to take points off our rivals, not for the distance between the top and the rest get wider.Spurs are finished without him. It will be a joy to see it. As will be our game against them just after the fallout.
I'm also glad we gave this super premium mess a wide berth. Good decision.

I’ve looked it’s BS.
@roonster09
As Harry Kane’s advisor you cannot contact me to say you have approved a bid from Bayern for X amount and then you get contact from Manchester United saying they will match the bid for LEVY to turn round and reject it.
What happens then is Kane’s representatives say he prefers to stay in England and play for Manchester United. Levy cannot just say no. We did the same thing with Beckham and Barcelona.
The only thing that can alternatively happen is for Levy to agree to negotiate with us but even then we aren’t going to pay over the odds.
Very now bid has been accepted
Yes, it would.No it wouldn't
I am shocked we haven't had Merson or Neville come on SSN and say if I was Murtough I would be on the phone to Spurs.
Christ I can just imagine what Talkshite drive will be like later with Bent constantly saying to Goldstein why don't Utd match bid
Levy won't accept the same price from a rival. The only thing that *might* change that is if Kane rejects Bayern but wants United then they face the proposition of accepting 100m from us or losing for free.Matching Bayern price would do the trick. We should have waited with Hojlund but what is done is done.
What part of "he's not for sale to a direct rival" are you struggling to understand?Yes, it would.
