Exactly. I think it's less about swinging Trump voters to Biden and more about getting as many Trump voters to stay home. Keep hammering it home, hopefully they continue to be disillusioned and stay home on election day. Meanwhile, hopefully it galvanizes Dems to vote.

I can only imagine the furor and nonstop coverage on Fox News if a Dem President held docs that led to such claims by the CIA. It would make the Hillary/Benghazi drama pale in comparison.

The electoral system isn't contemporary anymore and most of all is not democratic.
The candidate who wins the popular vote should be president. Trump works have never won an election, he got 3 million less votes than Hilary in 2016.
Also the president shouldn't have the powers to nominate the supreme court judges. What's about the basic principle of any democracy, the separation of powers.
Trump instated 3 judges who now ensure he can't be prosecuted for the crimes he committed. Joke of system!

I guess he technically could claim he was defending the constitution by arresting a domestic terrorist, refuse to turn over any evidence and claim presumptive innocence.
I imagine the SC would reverse their decision very quickly and Biden would be impeached within 23 hours though.
