QF | Spain vs Germany | Portugal vs France

He's less involved but essentially and I love Bernardo, he's a workhorse with quick feet and an amazing first touch. He's probably the reason Portugal are so relient on going down the left, same as when he plays RW for City. I think the difference if I watch pretty much every City game, so this is the Bernardo I see 80% of the time. Huge effort, great defensively but only occasionally dominates a game (unless its Liverpool, he fecking hates Liverpool so always looks like the lovechild of Zidane, Kante, Cruyff and Iniesta). Passes mostly backways and sideways and occasionally pulls off a baller highlight.

I think it's because Liverpool press so aggressively, that someone like Bernardo who can play through it effortlessly just stands out so much in those games.

Kovacic was the same for Chelsea against Liverpool IIRC.

Martinez has to make a change. France dangerous and in control

After this tournament I think I'm going to spend a few days watching highlights of 90s football just to get a refresher on what good strikers look like.

Ronaldo is just a passenger these days needs to have the balls to get him off

Bet France win by an OG again. Story of their tournament so far

Sesko deserves a place in the list because of his last seconds huge miss

My bad, Sesko has earned himself a place on that list.

You can pick one of them to take a penalty to save your life. They miss, you die. Who are you picking?

I pass it to the keeper and trust OG to continue his fine form.

It seems that being benched convinced Dembélé to run a little bit.

I want France to win.

Sad for Bruno and Dalot, but more humbling for Homelander is always glorious to watch.
