My predecitions were wrong.
Thats one side of the story told from one perspective, that of Jestrovic. You might say that Sissoko could be lying which is possible but the linesman i'm assuming wasn't black and therefore had no reason to fabricate a story where none existed.
The player must have been sent off for something and if it was racist language I would doubt whether he would be man enougth to admit it. It does also beg the question however of why it's again a Serbian player, surely there cannot be smoke without fire.
Where's me old mucker, Mihajlovic today?
Wonderful support last night.
Firstly I didn't say that everybody in the Balkans was racist as I haven't met all of them I couldn't possibly make that kind of judgement. What I did say is that society as a whole out there is behind the times in it tolerance of racism and that spills over into football. That what I meant when I said that they are behind the times.
As for your assertion that having black players in the adriatic basketball league means there isn't a problem thats just laughable. The NBA is made up of mainly black players, why should the adriatic basketball league be any different.
Going to a sports event to cheer black players isn't a sign of any anti-racist attitude, people have a tendancy to pick atheletes based on aptitude rather than personal respect, i'm willing to bet that those black players had to be very special to even be considered for that league.
you just better shut up, lats time I was talking to you I got banned
You and me both, Sinisa.
The old mod was a bit over the top I thought.
Anyway, must be nice to see your country enhance their reputation on a world stage.![]()
This alone is not only unsubstatiated but also a racist thing to say
"Twats" who outplayed England u21 with reserve u21 team![]()

It's not at all a racist thing to say England used to be a country with Racist attitudes during mainly the sixties and seventies and most of the eighties. There's plenty of footage of John Barnes and other black players having bananas thrown onto the pitch at them.
The difference between Britain today and Serbia is that Britain is a multi-cultural society that has been forced to modernise because of the influx of ethnic minorities into it's society.
Serbia hasn't ever been forced to deal with the problems within its footballing society and society at large. It's not a slur just a fact that especially after the war history of both Serbia and Montenegro there isn't the same focus on intergration within society that there is in Britain.
This racism thing is probably overblown, the serbian players were pissed because of the Derbyshire goal, that's why there was a fight in the tunnel.
A serbian player in the belgian leauge(I think) said "feck Off" to a black player during a game, later he reported him and he was suspended 3 games for being a racist.
England's 2nd goal was disgraceful, yes, but why are we now talking about racist fans and shit
The Serbs are still through, so get over it

Are you saying that Serbia is not a multi-cultural society?
According to the last official census[21] data collected in 2002, ethnic composition of Serbia is:
* Total: 7,498,001
o Serbs: 6,212,844 (82.86%)
o Hungarians: 293,172 (3.91%)
o Bosniaks: 136,464 (1.82%)
o Roma: 107,971 (1.44%)
o Yugoslavs: 80,978 (1.08%)
o Others (each less than 1%): 666,572 (8.89%)
This is all from Wikipedia I admit. But in comparison to the UK which is what BAMSOLA was on about then you could easily argue that Serbia not a multi-cultural country. Least compared to Britain.
Bamsola, have you ever been to Serbia?
Why aren't there any albaninas in that list?
What The feck Has All This Talk About Diversity And Countries Got To Do With The Match?
No but i've had this same debate at university with two Serbian students present. They were perfectly happy to admit that a problem existed within Serbain society where people not so much of different race but different religion and skin colour were viewed as being somewhat inferior or trouble makers by wider society.
You're perfectly intital to disagree with that view but Its not racist to suggest that Serbian society is behind British society in its acceptance of those of different skin colour or creed. Its simply a fact that is clearly displayed throughout the history of not just Serbia but pretty much the whole of Balkans.
You have to be joking.
Have the balkan people ever in it's history enslaved people from other countries?
You can draw attention to basketball, but basketball is a different atmosphere which doesn't stir-up nearly as much passion as football and therefore it is more of a family atmosphere.
Football stirs up passion and attracts a more partisan crowd, that passion has a tendancy to bring out more of whats underlying.
PS: I can't address the rest of your comments because of the way you've quoted.
You have to be joking.

What is your statement based on?
I say it again, You've made your point Bamsola.
There is no need for you to continue to say the same things over and over again.
Iam perfectly happy to put the issue to bed for now, mainly because I've had to high-jack a thread about a football match to discuss an issue that I've long felt needs discussing.
Maybe we'll find time in future to have a serious discussion about the issue because I don't believe i'm wrong and nothing you've said so far has even come close to convincing me that I might be.![]()
Okay
I am talking about "quality"
Italy's U21 team have better players and play with more flair than Ingerlund
English only please. If your saying you'll have us in the final, we'll have to wait & see
Belgium & Holland are both decent sides, plus you still might get sent home after what went on last night (wouldn't surprise me as it offers Italy another chance)
You never said what this means, was I close? naguzicemo ih u finalu
Naravski
We have much bigger problems to deal with in Serbia right now.
First we need to get rid of all the corrupt politicians, and the organized crime.
