They won't likely be match fit however.
It doesn't matter one bit in one way. But in another it is not nice to see our team carved open so easily either.
The point is that at this stage of pre-season we should be a lot sharper than we have seemed so far. I would say this has a lot to do with the poor quality of our opponents in Asia having not pushed us at all up to now.
Inter are a good 2 weeks behind us in terms of pre-season fitness, and yet look quite a bit better than we do. This is the main concern for me. I am making no comments regarding what this means for the upcoming season.
