Kuyt is the best defensive striker in the league, so good at that that he goes missing in the area.
Reina has revolutionized goalkeeping without even knowing that.
Rooney should have gone down there instead of staying on feet.

Finally a referee takes action when his decisions are questioned and he is disrespected, but I think he'll probably get criticised by some people for being too firm. There is only so much abuse an official can take.
