Tottenham Vs Manchester United

Not a bad result considering how Spurs have done against the other top club.

Disappointing to lose 2 points after Liverpool´s draw today though.

FT:Going to a micky mouse competition with two points dropped. Not the best scenario.

Not the worst result, we drew here last year so not that bad. They've also drew with Chelsea and beat liverpool so lets keep looking on the bright side. 6 off the top with a game in hand. It's not that bad. Shame Berba didn't play like he did in the first half as he did in the second. Roll on Stoke and lets see how the others fair over Christmas.

chelsea will beat west ham, its a no-brainer, feck going to be 7 points behind abiet with a game in hand. :(

Well, not a classic encounter and very few would have predicted 0 -0.

Spurs deserved a point IMO and defended well despite no first choice CB pairing. You lot had more possession (and controlled the game more) but didn't do a great deal with it, but Spurs also created a fair few chances to win.

In short it was a tight game that could have gone either way. Dawson and Gomes were our best two players today.

I'm reasonably happy with a point - it consolidates our recovery this season - and in a sense continues it.

That was crap...

There's no positive...

We are not competing against Liverpool or Arsenal to care if they drop points.

It's Chelski our main rival... and I hate to admit it but we just don't play like champions should...

I am only hoping that Scolari will lose it at some point...

we deserved to win in the 2nd half, we just have no luck at all.

Good result for me. We'll have to build a winning streak from now on though.

Chelsea home in the 11th or whatever is a fecking must win.

Get a fecking grip.

There was more urgency when Scholesy came on, and I was more optimistic. I dread the days he won't be an option anymore.

Also, how bad are we at set-pieces. We had 12(?) corners and only once were we half a threat.

13 corners I think. The Rio header on one of them was quite unforgivable.

That's a bit biased in my view ..... Spurs also came close to scoring a few times. For example: I thought Modric's shot was in for a split second, Bentley came close twice but for two great saves from VDS, and Huddlestones's bullet may well have been a goal if Pavlyuchenko hadn't been pole-axed by it.

Yes, you had more possession and controlled more of the game, but there's no denying that Spurs defended well and could have taken all 3 points themselves

Yes, on another day, Spurs could have won it. Just like United could have also.

We're just pissed we didn't.

You had the best of the second tier chances. In terms of definite goal chances, Giggs' freekick and Ronaldo's cross for Berbatov were the best by far.

few points :

1- Giggs' corners : waste.
2- Berba : it was like he is playing in another planet, very afraid very disappointing.
3- Evra : great loss :(.
4- Carrick was out of sorts, Ando should have taken part.

:lol: They come crawling out of the woodwork don't they.

Says a lot about the difference between us really. You were at home & played on the counter. We played quite poorly (without 2 of our best players), but still dominated & deserved a win.
