That took a long time,must be a record.Cant wait for this one and I wonder if the players had an eye on it tonight.Do you think will Rafa get any stick?Anyhow repeat of last year 3-0 to the Champions

Personally I think this game was perfect for Giggs to play in the centre along with Carrick but after tonight I cant see him starting again. Likewise with Scholes so are we looking at a Carrick/Fletcher pairing? :nervous:

Despite my fears about our possible midfield pairing I've got a real feeling that we'll dispose of them with ease 3-0 Ferdinand, Vidic & Berbatov with the goals :devil:
 
I'm quite confident about this one.

Benitez hasn't got a clue how to set up a team at Old Trafford. Played 4, Lost 4.

No Liverpool player has even scored a goal at OT under him.

He'll have no idea as to which team we'll pick either.

With Tevez starting we might play with a three man midfield. There is a fair chance pool might have three in the middle too.

this gives us three fresh legs from the six in attack and midfield. as we don't have any options in our defence. i miss brown!!

this line up will also help out o'shea against Riera or Babel. as he might will have either park and fletcher to support him.
 
The scousers deserve a hiding. They always do, especially after each big European night they seem to blow too much smoke into their own asses.

Now that Anderson is available we don't need to play both Park and Fletcher in home games, especially when Tevez is playing.
Both of them in there will keep things tight, but if anderson is in there we can take control. I have been really encouraged by some of the touches anderson has had after his comeback, looks totally comfortable!!

Agree 100 % with this. Although even though every Utd fan wants to see Tevez start, it'll probably be Berbatov. Tough game this and a lot closer than some of the 3-0, 4-0 predictions coming out of the caf. Liverpool will be flying after that Madrid game and will hound us all over the park. Still, I think we're too good and will just nick it by the odd goal.......

lots of runners lots of energy in that team, beat them in every tackle and then hit them on the attack. Berba and Scholes to come of the bench and teach them a lesson of how to play classy football.

There's goals in this one I reckon. Liverpool and Manchester United flying high after Europe, and Liverpool not only want to show off their new found attacking flair, they NEED to win against us to have any chance of giving us a title challenge.

Seeing that Fletcher had no part yesterday i think thats good indication that he'll start same goes with Anderson to give him some games. Park should be a shoe in to start alongside with Tevez and Rooney, dont know why but i get the feeling Nani is due a start and he'll get it on saturday for either Ronaldo or Park. People may ask why i have Fabio at LB and again its just a feeling i have that SAF would want to see how he deals in a big game - exactly what he did with Rafael against City and earlier coming on against Asnl
