Manchester United Vs Liverpool

Silly mistakes have cost us really, none of this lethargic nonsense. Our two star performers this season in Evra and Vidic just let us down at crucial times.

And how United have managed to choose today to make blunders is beyond explanation. Need to step it up in the second half.
 
We need some more defensive cover in midfield. Ando's not had a great game, keeps fouling the Scousers. We haven't really done much wrong except Vidic and Evra have both made individual mistakes that have cost us big time.

More goals in this game, longer it carries on 2-1 the more nervous Liverpool will get. We have an attacking bench, no problems just don't concede a 3rd.

Why the feck are Rooney and Anderson taking the corners? Let Carrick take them for feck sakes.
 
If we do not come out 2nd half playing like United can do then 2-1 could become 4-1.
 
FFS you fecking gloom merchants. For a moment, i thought it's the final whistle already. We are up against one of the slowest centrebacks in the league, Carragher and Reina who is looking incredibly suspect. As long as we mount attacks, and keep up the pressure, there is no way we are not going to score more than 1 goal in the 2nd half.. Cheer up !!!
 
I hope Anderson is subbed on for Scholes or Flecther,not that he has had a bad match,but we don't keep possesion well when he plays,he always tries a defense splitting pass everytime.

can't believe this after a bright start, we allow them back into the match with silly mistakes..............
 
I haven't been folowing this thread but that first half was horrid from is. Poo deserve to be level at the very least and we can't really argue with them being ahead. Poor passing, outplayed in midfield. Fair play. We've been their bitches.

Need to step our game up, at times we think we have forever on the ball and then lose it in a careless manner.

Ronaldo has two feckers marking him, should lead to extra for others but he keeps trying to take them both on and losing out.

Nani on at 70 minutes for Park if we're not 3-2 up by then

Park's played very well, Tevez has been alright. Been disappointed with the rest of the lads. Carrick and Anderson have been abit off the pace and defence has dodgy characterised by Vida and Evra's mistakes. We got more than enough time to turn this around but Fergie needs a word at half time
 
PS: Ronaldo, get revenge for Madrid getting battered midweek

The defence and middle of midfield are terrible today we need to make changes and quickly because they are looking more likley to score than us at this minute. Can't believe the defence have chosen this day of all days to all have a shocker, Rio, Vidic, Evra and O'Shea have all had nightmares. We need to get the ball to Ronaldo, to Rooney to Tevez but we can't seem to because we can't keep it for more than two or three passes.

We are giving them far too much respect. They are getting confidence from this. Lets go 5 across the middle and take control of the game.
 
Vidic made a mistake at a time they were never in it....

I will grant that was a clear penalty for them...

still a lot to play for. Think Fletcher needs to replace Anderson though...

we didnt think every game would be easy did we? we were fortunate no to conceed in midweek against Inter. THis is a great test for our lads. They know they have a big lead in the league so we will see if they are willing to give everything and more to pull the twats back.

If you allow a team to come on to you this is what could happen. At least the evra pen was a stonewall pen.
 
Same malaise from the Inter game affecting the team today except for the 2 who didn't played that day - Park & Tevez...Tempo isn't there. Misplacing passes. Trying to play that ball to front quickly but passing been awful, first touches hit & miss and poor decision making. Sort it out guys..
