Shouldn't WES brown be back by then?
Our squad is depleted with injuries as things are. Wouldn't help our cause having a game on Saturday with Tevez and Anderson (Da Silvas too?) playing 3 days earlier in South America, probabaly making it back to the UK only on Friday.
I agree as Tevez is our only available striker.

Do Tevez and Park have to go to Argentina and Korea? If they do they will be knackered. Does anyone feel that the CL is a tad more important to SAF so he may gamble with this game as we always beat Villa at OT?
Presently, i think the rediscovering of our form is the most important thing. All eyes on the clash in two weekends time, the first match is against Villa and they cannot be taken for granted at all, past results be damned [we had a good record against Fulham too and that counted for nothing].
A winning spirit and the relief of which can cacnel out a bit of fatigue.
Put Ronaldo to partner Tevez and get Nani out of the freezer.

Not sure about Nani - we seem to be easily exposed defensively on the wing he is playing, and some of Evra's worst performances this season has been with Nani in front of him. With Aston Villa's game much being relied on pace down the flanks I'm not too sure if I'd want to risk starting him. He's a nice option to have from the bench though.

Evra's worst performances this season have been in the past 2 games, both of which park/ronaldo were playing in front of him and not Nani.
Carling Cup final springs to mind. Nani provided no support whatsoever to Evra who was really struggling against the pace of Lennon.

Friedel's red card has been rescinded so its going to be even harder.

I'll be amazed if both Tevez and Park play. They'll both be jet lagged to hell and had just played 2 games. Anderson will also have an issue but could be ok depending if he's played or not. We maybe forced to play Tevez, although if Berbatov is fit i'd stick him upfront instead of Tevez.

Tevez running o half a tank in the role of the most advanced forward [leadign the line] is preferable to Berba in the role and just back from a leg injury at that, some would say.
Any news on Berbatov since you're predict him in the line up?
This is our biggest game of the season so far....
I think it is our biggest game of the last 10 seasons.
If we don't win I can't see how we will come back. We will have thrown away a massive lead in a year when we had the chance to equal Liverpool's record of 18 titles. And instead we will let them win no. 19 and they can say that their 4-1 over us was the turning point!
