its because they think people would rather watch United v Portsmouth on TV than go to their local teams matches
plus they have to show each team a certain ammount of times, and they chose Chelsea v Everton tonight which will probably get more viewers than a United v Portsmouth game would
get yourself a bigger dish and foreign subscription, that'll sort it
