Malaysia X1 v Manchester United

Evil Nani injures goalkeeper to gain advantage minutes later. This player is not giving us a good image for these friendly games.

Great to see Nani getting on the end of a chance and putting it away.

We are going to need the midfielders to step up with a few goals this season, and Nani i s the most likely of our players to do that, in so much as he has the most talent to do so. This is a massive season for nani - either the last for him at United or the real start of a great career for him here.

I have been happy with his performance here in the first half.

That's extremely harsh on Nani and Anderson :smirk:

TBF fair to both, both will help him be our heartbeat, as opposed to our wayne having to run his socks off for the Latin prima donna's who have just left us!

Desperately want Andreson and esp nani to step up and show themselves to be world class this year. But they will only do so if they give our boy the support HE NEEDS to show his class.

Our midfield isn't doing nearly enough defensively imo. reminds me of our poor run last season where we were allowing the opposition in too easily.

Hope Nani is fine. any sort of injury in pre-season would be horrible for the lad

wnat to see Owen now. In our no 7 shirt

I really want him to make his legend as a United player and for this phase ion his career to be what he is remembered for.... that is what would piss off the scouse bastards the most.

Honestly, I don't think Scholes can play in a two man midfield any more.

I want him to win the league with us to annoy the scouers

Im talking about the people not the language, they arent considered to be Latin!

pedantic debate which is not worth arguing about .... but yes, the people od Portugal are considered a 'Latin' culture.
