Anderson did well even though he didnt score. His energy and enthusiasm were exceptional - probably because this was his best chance to get a goal.

They are linked to a big red button that Fergie has on the touchline. When a player fecks up, Fergie gives them a shock.
Anderson must have been shocked the feck then. He had chances there to get a hat-trick FFS.

Good game by everybody, particularly Berbatov. A goal and assists as well. Anderson hit the post and could have had a hat-trick himself.

Some great goals. Very entertaining. Worth the effort to get to see it.
Good performance that. The link-up play between both Berbatov/Owen and especially Berbatov/Nani was superb, and probably the most pleasing thing about the game. Giggs was good when he came on, although he did actually have one or two good chances he missed, despite his hat-trick being a great achievement. Anderson played well, and his mazing run which led to him hitting the post showed how good his dribbling can be. I was disappointed with Rooney though, as he seemed to play a lot of sloppy balls and also with Fabio, who might be lacking match practice, but was caught out of position going forward, and caught on the wrong side of the ball quite a bit. Good performance though, despite the opposition being fairly (but not extremely) weak.

it's a weird feeling, even though it's a friendly, the thought of Anderson (almost) scoring is simply overwhelming.Chuffed for Nani, good game, a goal and at least 2 assists that i counted, might've been 3 not sure though.
One day Anderson is going to round the keeper and just before the ball crosses the line it would inexplicably start rolling in the opposite direction for the defender to clear
Goggs just said that was his first ever hat trick for United. He has a great future with United

Scoring goals gives players confidence so this pre-season is working out pretty good.
