Manchester United vs. Sunderland

Climatic finish. Decent result. Would have preferred a win, but whatever happens tomorrow, one of our title rivals will suffer a setback.

If only Berbatov scored that last chance... meltdown in RAWK... :(

FT. 2-2

Ref blew early the cnut!

But decent comeback overall. A draw is respectable.
at home .. against sunderland (with all due respect to the club) ..
no it isnt

after that performance , getting anything from the game is great tho ..
burnley and now sunderland .. whats happening

Of course he did. He is never at fault isnt he?

Yes, he occasionally is. But in todays game, I dont think he was. He rescued us a couple of times, and he couldnt see the first, and he was punched for the 2nd.

Dreadful performance, we were very lucky to get a draw. Their second goal fecked us, Foster has again been poor

When's the Dutch bloke back?

And yeah, he's just not good enough at the mo. But he needs experience.

Catch 22.

Thanks everyone for the streams......what a fecking nerve racking game.........we are simply not good enough,,,,

Haha the cnut blew right on 4 minutes. I'm sure the goal we scored took up absolutely no time.

Ferguson will be fuming at this game. This was one we had to win. But, feck, I really really didn't think we would get a point, which at this stage of the league...considering how we played is a real result....Bruce will be so gutted and probably rightly so....

Losing a match should not really mean much at this stage, but these are the matches we shouldnt drop points.

Bit of a mistake imo to take off Fletcher, he and Ando seemed to be setting a really good tempo in the centre. I can understand why, Fletch being on a yellow and his adrenline up potential of doing something stupid. But if Carrick was going to be brought on he should have been on at half-time. I just think the subs stalled us for 20 odd minutes.

Mind you we should be grateful for a point. We were shocking. Least Nani picked himself up in the 2nd half and looked a real threat and Berbas goal was pure sex.

I'd also like to point out that Bent and Jones will prove a real handful for both Chelsea and Liverpool. Sunderland are no pushovers and I thought they'd grab a top 8 finish this year, but realistically, they could do even better if they sort out their defense a bit more.

this is the kind of result that cost liverpool the title last year.

foster was poor again. whilst the second goal was probably a foul, he should still show a bit more strength and at least have gotten enough contact on the ball to knock it behind - or simply have opted to punch it. with that in mind, it has to go down as poor goalkeeping.

Anderson was again giving away possession to a ridiculous extent - anyone got a chalkboard for his passes?

Anderson played very well when he came on. You're complaining about his passing after Scholes' performance? :wenger:

Yeah. You have to nip this in the bud now. Drawing at home to Sunderland is never acceptable if you have title aspirations. Hopefully it was just a bad day at the office but we can't afford any more repeats of this at home

There should have been 30 more seconds for the goal.

Ref didnt want to 'create' more attractions towards them I suppose.

When so many key players, like Rooney, Scholes and Fletcher, collectively decide to play their worst games of the season, then you've got to be happy with a point.

Terrible stuff though. What's gutting is that the team that beat Wolfsburg would have won this. Looks like Foster has blown his chance and VDS will come back in. It's harsh but you just can't keep on fecking up like that.

The only real positives from the game is that surely Rooney et al cannot play so badly again, and we saw the kind if magic we expect from Berbatov.

International break may be coming up at a good time for us.

Worst I have seen United.

Scholes and Rooney have been shocking.Berbatov not performing as usual.

We need change .

lesser of two evils, shall we say? still, he really needs to grow up and learn that there can be simple passes as well as the 40 yard hollywood ones, its really starting to cost us.
frankly the whole team is absolutely shocking when it comes possession, we rarely seem to keep the ball for more than 5 seconds.

You mean hes playing absolute class instead of just "pretty good"?

Although Brucie has done wonders with Sunderland we should have done a lot better. Are we taking the lower teams for granted this year? A big mistake. I don't think Foster is up to scratch, he has very little command of his box and should've got to the ball before Jones. He's also looking very vulnerable to shots on his right hand side.

Worst you have seen? Jesus, what age are you? 8?

feck off and play with your toys.
