Obviously Fergie got the tactics wrong but beyond that this was another game where we passed it badly and where too many good players seem stuck in a rut - most noticeably Rooney.
We need some freshness back, that's for sure, but we are also sorely lacking in creativity at the moment and that's been clear for most of this season.
