Birmingham City v Manchester United

- Jonny Evans passing has been dire.
- Chris Waddle needs a slap.
- Two strikers please.

Completely against the run of play, it's a fecking shame for football this.

feck it get Diouf Owen and Giggs on for Park, Scholes and Rafael and lets have the bastards

HT. 1-0 to them

Plenty of possession without penetration. We've been hit by a sucker punch goal against the run of play and need to respond fast. Change the formation if we have to because Rooney needs a strike partner to make runs with him. If we stay with too many players in midfield we wont get anywhere.

Such a cheap goal to concede... Sickening.

Plenty of positives to take so far; Carrick has been very good in this advanced role he's playing. We've been in complete control as well.

Park's been awful though, so has Scholes.

Is Obertan on the bench? If so he should come on for park and maybe Diouf or Owen for Scholes but I don't think SAF will change it until it's too late sadly.

We're cursed, how the hell are we behind?!:(

So are to expect another half of thinking

"alright an entire 45 minutes, we can turn this around"
"still 30 minutes to go, can win for sure"
"20 minutes to go, we've come back from worse"
"15 minutes to go... err I'd take a draw now"
"10 minutes to go... where the feck is Solskjaer when you need him?"
"5 minutes to go, I'm sure we'll nick a draw"
"Stoppage time... come on they don't call it Fergie time for now reason"
"FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-"

That was unlucky, but we haven't created any chances either. We have had so many opportunities this season but nothing to show for it.

Because we constantly play 451 with Rooney in a position he can't play. He's desperately seeking a strike Partner but Sir Alex is too Skint to buy him one, or start him with one. Instead he waits till the 60th minute when the teams are fully into park the bus mode to play Owen where he gets feck all service.

Would someone explain to me apart from running about what exactly Ji Sung Park delivers to this team? This is a serious question, he is impotent in the oppositions half.

Must sub Scholes, not up to the pace of the game and miscueing his passes. Put on Owen or our new Pele(?).

Move to 4-4-2. Brum will continue attaching, they won't sit and park the bus so we will get a chance.

This.

Have we come from behind in the PL to win once this season?

Have you not been following the Premier League this season?

In fairness Pogue, we shouldn't be one down, we are not clinical enough up top or secure enough at the back. We shouldn't be one down to this side, like we shouldn't have been one down to Burnely, Leeds and a few more.

we havent got close enough to Rooney. Lot of the ball in the wrong places, Rooney is isolated against big lads.

I'd throw Diouf on for his debut, height and pace, would offer us something different.

Who to come off? That decision may be made already if Fletch cant run that knock off

He is around the same height as Rooney and probably not faster than Rooney either. Although i think we will see him come on sometime in the second period.

Brummies haven't lost a match when they get the first goal.

They've never scored the first goal against Manchester United before though.

They might do ok this season but what have they shown so far in this game ? They're just sitting in their own half looking at us creating a mess in their own area. Not that we'e been really good at creating chances, but if we cannot beat such a team... they've shown absolutely nothing apart from a luck tap-in by Jerome. They have played like a relegation team so far.

Sounds about right.

Sigh, I think the most worrying aspect is it doesn't come as a shock anymore.

We can still win this, but ffs stop going through the middle, they're packing everyone in there and we have 1 fecking striker.

I don't even think we can turn it around anymore. That's just a waste of wishful thinking.

Isn't he just around 180 cm?
