Wolverhampton Wanderers vs. Manchester United

Nani is having a stinker at the moment. Come on lad!

So is Carrick in my view, his passing has been atrociously bad by his standards today.

Shit, Wolves are making the better chances today that's for sure.

Just got in to watch match and disappointed Rooney is not at worst on the bench.

Is Fergie tinkering again??

Rooney has knee injury that was made worse due to the England game in midweek and according to SAF pre match interview he is a doubt for midweek now.

Is it just coincidence that Nani is having a bit of a stinker and he's playing on the left?

Nani on the left should be given free rein to cut inside and shoot. As in 'if you get the ball, you're first option. Don't even look for anyone else unless they're two feet from goal and the GK is dead.' Give him too many options and he locks up mentally, which leads to half-hearted shots, which leads to shots off target. Plus he's not as two-footed as he's made out to be.

Nani is a hit and hope footballer...he hasn't got a footballing brain at all.

Every now and again he'll pull off an amazing cross but the amount of shit he knocks in suggests it's purely hit and miss.

Is correct. Which is why his stint at the right was productive because for most part of it his job was to get on the ball and put early crosses in.

Might be a daft idea but we should try Valencia on the left and Nani on the right for the second half..

When he's on form he's excellent. He's actually playing better in the last 10mins.

He went on a run last month where he was fecking God. He just needs a bit of match time to get back into the groove.

He has shown that not to be true though. He's making poor decisions today, and not for the first time, but you can't say he has no footballing brain when he's shown what he is capable of not even very long ago.
