Net spend? That's only one part of it, and he had plenty to spend. The state that team is in now, possible relegation spot after 7 games played, is quite clear, and it's him that has shaped the team that way. It's his team that couldn't qualify for the Champions League costing that club massive amounts of money in the process. And it goes on.....
