Premier League Fixtures (26 - 29 Dec)

Everton have used 18 players so far this season. West Ham 28. That is the least and the most in the league.

Just got back home and checked the results.

I expected City to beat Villa, perhaps not that convincingly but still. They should be fine as far as 4th place goes, obviously don't have much chance for the title.

Great result for Blackpool - with 28 points from 18 fixtures they may have well sorted out their relegation trouble for now.

West Brom have faded, I see. Losing at home to Blackburn is very poor and it seems that there's nothing left from the impressive side that once went 3-0 up at the Emirates. I think they might yet again go straight back down.

Newcastle, I think, are quite likely to go down as well. Hughton did a good job there but Pardew has already made sure that it's all canceled.

Relegation battle will be very exciting this year as there are so many teams who could go down - Wolves, Newcastle, West Brom, West Ham, Stoke, Blackburn, Fulham, Wigan, Birmingham all with a possibility of playing in The Championship next season, even Villa could be there.

Nah, City won't win the title, won't even get close. 38 points from 20 games isn't all that much, they're not going to do much better in the second half of season as they're yet to travel to Old Trafford, Emirates and Stamford.

They will, however, be in top 4 in my opinion, and that will allow them to bring in better players, which is a worry.

I just can't see Bolton getting anything from Chelsea. Liverpool are more than capable of doing an out-of-form Wolves, especially at home.

Wigan like to play a bit of footy which will suit Arsenal, no doubt.

Someone tell me why Liverpool are on rather than Arsenal or Chelsea.

The Premier League TV contract says that even the relegation fodder get their moment in the sun.

I'm torn.I wanna watch the matches cause I have nothing better to do however I'm tired of going through the process of rooting for another to take points off Chelsea and Arsenal.

Arsenal are very good away from home. Backing them to win this. Hopeful of them dropping points in their next two games vs B'ham and Shitty though

21 Fabianski
03 Sagna
06 Koscielny
18 Squillaci
27 Eboue
02 Diaby
07 Rosicky
15 Denilson
23 Arshavin
29 Chamakh
52 Bendtner

Very weak. Cleverley starts for Wigan.

And that idiot Rodallega could and maybe should have scored early on from Cleverleys cross

Wigan have started how they started vs Chelsea. Really bright but doubt they'll maintain this

Problem for Wigan is even if they do well and get a lead somehow they'll have Nasri, Walcott and WIlshere to deal with coming off the bench.

Chelsea have more chances of dropping points than Arsenal really

Am I the only one who thinks the minute of applause is shite? What happened to silence, can fans not be trusted with it?

Pheew. Come on Wigan! Don't concede more than 1 goal over the next 80 minutes please
