I've been a Gibson supporter/sympathiser for a long time, I genuinely believed if he could develop his passing and postioning a bit he could develop into a player in the Lampard mould.
I've watched all of his games this season and he makes Papa Diop look as mobile as Carlos Tevez. That staticness really does hurt our midfield as he's never availible for a pass and move and we just don't stretch them around at all.
