As I've already explained in this thread (and given solid reasons), Spurs already have plenty of spare cash to spend this summer - and will have even more after the sale of fringe players (and some players who were on loan last season).Unless you are Mr Levy I wouldn't be that bold, especially when big offers came in for Berbatov, Carrick and Keane.
If I were you I'd take £30 million if such an offer came in, your transfer budget isn't going to stretch awfully far if you don'r raise funds.
As for £30m, don't make me laugh. £30m might just about buy you Modric's right foot .... but he's pretty two-footed you know.
