TBF I said at xmas when you had those three draws second half of season could go two ways, either comfortably secure second or struggle to get it like Chelsea have.

This place is becoming a bit Arsenal/Liverpool in their ways to be honest. Any concern is seen as negativity and top 4/progress is being celebrated.

Yeah I remember the state of the forum then, most people would have taken comfortable 2nd.
It’s really boils down only the Sevilla game, win that and everyone accepts the year of improvement, kinda like winning Europa League last year was the difference between acceptable and unacceptable.

Arsenal and Liverpool have been "progressing" for decades now. Arsenal finished second again recently after years of finishing 4th. And just so you know I do appreciate progress but I'm not going to CELEBRATE it like Liverpool or Arsenal.

Man. City just been on another level really. 100 + points. Don't think Man. United's league level has been that different to when you won the league in 2011 or 2013.
Think winning the FA cup is important though otherwise Liverpool could then trumpt it as 2nd or 3rd is minimal difference.

Some people forgetting that we don't have SAF the genius any more and hitting the top spots is no guarantee especially against a couple of cash rich billionaires! We've comfortably beaten last years Champions who looked unbeatable! And we have a chance to stick a nail in the coffin at the FA Cup final.
