As of now, for the top 50 posts, the sum of points for
YES-voters: 7290
NO-voters: 7689
On the other hand, the top posts got
YES-voter: 3835
NO-voter: 2930
Make of it what you will.
Just keep in mind
a) it's redditors and not a random sample of voters
b) could be that one of the two groups has a higher tendency to upvote than the other
c) even "no"-guys might upvote the "yes"-posts, and vice versa - the posts indicate that many Scotts feel it's a heart vs. head decision
