You won because you finished better then we did. Arsenal didn't deserve the points because of their play in the final 3rd wasn't good enough and United's was a class above.
If you actually read what i was writing i was saying how daft it is to suggest "what if" statements about taking chances because it goes both ways.

You hit us twice on the counter, to me that says we were chasing the game. In typical Arsenal fashion when chasing the game most players, especially our CB's forget they need to help out in defence... and Denilson could not get more pedestrian if he tried.

What makes it even better was that we had a makeshift back four, and a centre half pairing that hasn't won away from home. Imagine if Rio and Vida had of been fit!

I was at the game and I could reel out a list of our woeful inadequacies, however, I'll just say we were witless and wasteful.I can't remember us being so poor. probably the best I've seen of Nani and hadn't realised how quick he is after all Clichy is no slouch.
A great goal from Rooney but disappointing that we got down yet again on 2 quick breaks.Title is a 2 horse race........back to the drawing board for us.
Oh, and by the way, well done you cnuts you were the better team and well deserved the win.
