C'mon you Reds. Slightly worried about how much defensive work one of our forwards will have to do with Lahm at RB. Unless Rooney shifts over to the left, Welbeck is probably best suited to help Evra out. But we need him leading the line, otherwise we'll likely struggle to get out of our own half all night.

Hope we make it a good game and give ourselves a chance to the very end. Expect to be outclassed but you never know.

Because this is the most important game of our season. And I hope the manager could see beyond who his "favorites" are. Anyway, game is about to start.
 
Nervous, but excited. We all know what's at stake. Play for pride and go for victory at all costs. We can't let them dominate the game as much as they did at Old Trafford. We need to reclaim that ball and hit them hard and fast on the counter.

First leg I knew we'd do better than expected, was optimistic. Tonight, not so. A little bit more now I've seen the lines up and how they play out in my head; we're going to kill them on the counter. However, strangely enough, things don't always work how you expect / hope them to. Should be a good game. Bayern are currently the best team in Europe, and deservedly so. Due to this, as long as we give a good account of ourselves and regardless of the result can be proud (both fans and supporters) we'll have done well.

Also, hope everyone spares a thought for poor students who can't afford Sky and have to make do with a second rate stream.

This is also probably Kroos' biggest game to date with so much responsibility squarely on him. Should be interesting to see how he handles this.
