If Gary isnt fit, play Pique

It will be tough, very tough.

So do I. But with the form we're in, we should win that game. We're very solid at the back (3 goals conceded in the last 6 EPL games) and we're playing very good football attacking wise, especially with Giggs and Ronaldo who found their best form again, and we have 3 great strikers in Rooney, Saha and Ruud

it will be a very tough match.
our midfield have stood out and proved that they are up to the task, though it hasnt been tested properly. most recent teams have rolled over and allowed us to get along with our play. bolton will be the complete opposite, they are fighting for a champions league place and with their game in hand, they have a shot at getting past arsenal. playing pique will honestly be a mistake, he had a solid match but doesnt like it when players are running at him. bolton have two good wingers that will cause trouble on both sides. best thing would be having silvestre on the left and hopefully gary on the right.

0-1 Okocha 89, og

Easy one.

It was his first game for United in a long time and not in his preferred position either. If Fergie would give him more playtime, he obviously would play much better

It would not be a very smart move to play Piqué at right back against Bolton...

2-1 ruud brace and probably nolan or speed for them, tight game, tense ending but i got a feeling we can sneek it

Bolton have lost once at home all season, in all competitions.

2-2

Bollocks, "2-0 and all over, certainly tonight, maybe the championship"

players running at him has never been his strongest side.
that would improve if he gets a decent run in the team obvouisly. The more he would play, the faster he would be ready for the first team

no, he has never been good at it. pique is a more "classy" defender, he reads the game. more matches wont mean a big improvement in that area. pique is a class talent, he has a great future ahead of him. bolton is the wrong match for him.

Brown or Gary Neville should be fit for the match so he probably won't play.

Gaz---Rio-----Vidic--Silvestre

Subs: T Ho, Brown, Evra, Fletcher, Saha

FT Bolton 1 - 3 United

Ruud (2), Rooney
Nolan

0-2 or 1-3. we all know that Bolton are a quality team this year, and their form of late is good. Just know the type of match this one will turn out to be. UTD will grind it out one way or another.

your right to be worried about our back left and right "hope Gaz is fit, and Evra has got a lot to prove after his bad performance on Wed". alot of Boltons attacks come down the flanks. ok, even at this we are still going to have to much for them. Once UTD flicks the swich, there are very little teams that can cope with such attacks.

i fancy a good game yea, Bolton will start well. but once we put them on the back foot, it wont take long to break them. the only worry is killing the game off. the players have to show and prove to us that they are able to do so. we all know that they can, its just becming consistant at it.

Needless to say, huge game. If Giggsy and O'Shea can play to the level they have been lately, we should be OK and win it

So you say just because he's not good at it right now, he wont be able to improve that?
That's nonsense, he's 19 years old, he still can improve every single area, especially at right back when wingers constantly run at him, and obviously the more games you get, the sooner you learn and improve

according to sky sports - brown should be fit and most probably will replace pique at right back - g neville major doubt, if giggs plays will he be captain over ruud?

im not saying he wont be able to improve it at all, he´s not the quickest bloke around and his game is all about reading the play. he will improve that area in the future, but against bolton, we need two fullbacks that are better on the defensive part.

his future is as a classy cb, reading the game.

Going to be a toughy this one.
Bolton do not give much away when they are at home.
I think that in our current form we will nick it by the odd goal.
Heres hoping Chelski have a nice defeat

Fookin hate this fixture

Not only do I know a scary number of Man Utd hating Bolton bastards, but its always a god awful game too. Not looking forward to it one bit.

Saving grace - Its my missus b'day so I have a perfect excuse to completely blank it until MOTD2 (the pub we're going to doesnt have a phone signal so I dont even get text updates)

:(
