Just a bit of a game thing here. Of our lads, is their any players that remind you of pro players?

Ive only heard a bit of the youth but Timm reminds me a bit of Bergkamp and Eagles sounds like a roy keane type player.

Timm looks a very good talent with good quick feet.Eagles looks more of a flair player than Keane he is playing RM.

Boro break down our right well, but tracked by our right back and then dispossessed for a corner by Eagles I think. They waste the corner.

That Timm is mad as fcuk isn't he? ;)

He really is, he's also the only player getting very close attention from them, and no wonder considering his performance in the last match.

Boro got another corner, they're finding their feet a bit now and the crowd is starting to get behind them.

I thought that it would tomorrow night when you'd be shitting bricks ;)

We're under pressure now and struggling to get out of our half. Jones is helping to control the tempo and kee possession for us though - he's the Keane type.

Johnson thwacks a shot in after turning at the edge of the area, just wide.

Boro ruled off side - they're throwing some high balls in and our defence is struggling with them.

Viewers might note that our youth team plays very similarly to our first team, a patient passing game, passing it out of defence, employing a deep creative forward, one creative and one defensive/controlling CM, and using the wings though Collett's not a great winger.

I might go up or i might not, depending if ive got the money to be able to get up their etc.

Commentators just commented that Charlton's young keeper Delo, who kept Timm out repeatedly, is being released - he had a terrific match that night for them though.

The game is now more even, we've soaked up their pressure and things are now finely balanced. We're not playing as well as we did against Charlton, partly because they're stifling Timm through tight and aggressive marking.

Peacock, their most assertive player, breaks into the box onto a through ball, Steele comes out and dives at his feet, getting the ball and not conceding a penalty - great keeping!!

Very promising, and did excellently there to not give away a penalty.

Sounded on the radio like they might be going to give it, I was getting nervous as it sounds like Boro are getting right back into this. We need half-time for Chocy to calm things down a bit

The more I watch Jones play the more he impresses me, never thought he had the ball skills before, but I was wrong, he really is tidy with it and shows understanding far beyond his years. Y'know, he really is a mini-keano.

fecking hell!

McShane slips up as he goes for the ball against their forward, Steele comes out to rescue but gets a hand to it but their forward still charges on to the loose ball with an empty net there, but Lawrence, our left back, makes a last gasp tackle to deny him a certain goal even though it was on the right side.

Heath plays in the reserves now.

Not seen anyone worth comparing with Juninho for them.

Jones and Richardson linking up well, to give Jones a shot which is blocked.

Collett takes a corner, but we're ruled to have given a push.

Cos we plays kids in the reserves against 30 year old pros.

Probably because the team gets changed quite often. Players who need match-fitness etc are thrown in, I dont know if we have a certain starting line-up. Just a hunch, those who watch them may be placed better to comment.

Mini-keano has been our best player this half. Timm is limping, hope its not his hamstring. :(
