And on the Maicon thing, personally i think that a right back should be solid defensively first and foremost. Of course in the better teams you can kind of get away with it as they will dominate most games, but then you get a game like tonight and they're just a liability.

Comfortable win in the end, the first half was fairly dull but in the second we found our rhythm and never looked in danger of losing any points, Bursa are a pretty poor side with no cutting edge.

How bad was Nani injury?
Nani has a groin injury. Fergie said he COULD be back for the weekend game against Wolves but I'd rather he not come back this week. We should rest him because we need him for the City game.
I think it is a minor injury. Usually players go straight to treatment room if it's a bad one. I think he was instructed to take it easy and ask to be subbed if he feels even a tiny discomfort esp on the groin. But he defintely wont play from the start against Wolves. Maybe he will be on the bench just in case.
