Your opponents having no chances or shots on target is pretty much the only definition of 'keeping them quiet'.They have had 2 shots, 0 on target but youve only had one extra shot on target (not including the goal), and the possesion is fairly even, you've been slightly better at most, that's by no means "keeping it quiet"
