Shame UEFA can't stagger the matches to different weeks (Groups A, B, E and F one week, and groups C, D, G and H the next). Groups B, F and H look very difficult to predict.

United win.
Soceided draw Dontesk.

Madrid win.
Juventus win.

Benfica win.
Olympiakos draw PSG.

Munich win.
City win.

My prediction for tonight :)

I swear we always get drawn to play the same match day as freaking Danish teams so they'll show that garbage on tv instead of United :(

You can't get both? We show three games live, 4 if a Russian team is playing at home.

3+ i showing FCK, Tv3 Sport 1 (not very accessible) is showing Real and Tv3 Sport 2 (Basicly a new channel and even less accessible) is showing the United game. They've managed to bag most CL and PL stuff now which sucks. All the Canal 9 troubles over again, except Tv3 Sport 2 seems more inaccessible unless you buy some special sport package.

That sucks. I'll be watching it at work anyways so I'll have access to all the games if that makes you feel any better.

United win.
Sociedad win.

Madrid win.
Juventus win.

Benfica win.
PSG win.

Munich win.
City win.

All that talk about our crazy depth in midfield clearly jinxed the team, ffs, still no defensive midfielder available for Bayern (Martinez, Thiago, Schweinsteiger, Kirchhoff and Hoijberg are all out with injuries or not fit enough to start after coming back from injuries) :( . Lahm will start as the holding midfielder again, Schweinsteiger is at least on the bench.

Neuer; Rafinha, Boateng, Dante, Alaba; Müller, Lahm, Kroos; Ribéry, Mandzukic, Robben.

Where's Goetze mate?

Started training yesterday, injured his ankle in the Supercup against Chelsea when that idiot Ramires attacked him.

Oh yeah!

Must be frustrating that little injuries have stopped him from hitting the ground running! I was looking forward to seeing him in the the CL, love watching him play.

Yeah, we're probably paying the price for Robben not being injured for almost a year now, not sure if that ever happened before.

I really hope we get to see Götze and Thiago fully fit together after the winter break.

FCK in front against Juve, a bit lucky after a freekick tumble. Despite them stealing the air time, I am happy!

Bayern 2-0, Alaba and Mandzukic with the goals. The usual 70% posssession game, CSKA without any chance. Boring game, but I'm happy that we still look incredibly dominant in midfield with so many players missing against probably the third best team in the group.

City not winning at half time is not that surprising. The surprising thing was people mindlessly writing Plzen off before the game. Truth is, Plzen are one of the best teams in Central and Eastern Europe and have progressed massively in the last 2-3 years.

Even with City's spending yet again, they've been shit away from home so far this season and Plzen away is a very tough game.

Heard on twitter than Isco has again had a very good match so far.

Only been reading the BBC text for the game but they seem to be all over Plzen and have hit the post/crossbar a couple of times? I'd probably back City if I was betting at HT.
