Old news but

FOOTBALL

Eden Hazard's agent John Bico claims an agreement on personal terms has been reached with all parties interested in the young Belgium international.

The young Lille talent, who is wanted by Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea, has tweeted today that he has made his mind up about his future.

What exactly does this mean? That the transfer fee has been accepted or that he's accepted the wage offers from all clubs and it's purely about putting pen to paper on the one he wants?

This argument is redundant when you earn in a week what most earn in 5 years. In 3 months someone like Hazard will make more than most of us will make in a lifetime.

For what it's worth I genuinely don't care if we sign him. He sounds like he's milking every moment of this. It's a joke that even when the football season is over the game still manages to become a farce, and if we don't sign another pop-star-esque footballer I'm sure I will still sleep well at night.

That's the POV of someone's who's had a "normal" life with normal wages. However once you get used to big salaries, more often than not, you just want more and more and more ..

Not necessarily agreed, more like they have a ll made concrete offers

"I do not know when a decision will be made about my future club," he told reporters in Belgium on Thursday afternoon.

"It will be between Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea.

"The final choice also depends on how much play that I would get and the position where I play.

"Not everyone can say that he can choose from these three clubs."

Hazard's agent earlier this week confirmed that personal terms with all three clubs have already been agreed, with a decision set to be made after the midfielder plays for his country against England on June 2nd.

Hazard had said at the weekend: "My agent has met with Manchester, and with Chelsea, they both give good offers, and are both great clubs."

Agent John Bico on Thursday told the Daily Telegraph: "We are no longer in the negotiations stage. We have reached agreement with all parties. There will be no higher bid.

"Eden has already said he wants it to be fixed before June 2. He will decide after the games against Montenegro and England, then go on holiday with peace of mind."

Which would make him a greedy mercenary.

A quick look at ShedEnd and many of them still think he's Manchester bound.

Wasn't there something going round a few days back that Hazard had decided on United but his agent had asked him to hold off a bit? Maybe he's held off and still stuck to that same decision.

It's on, cnuts.

/thread, for the time being...

So he's going to have a medical today no matter where he goes? Or is the gimp going to stay at home and announce his destination at 5pm as mentioned

We are saving 30m.. think of all the players we can sign with that money
I'll have M'vila, Baines and Powell please
/muppet mode. I havent seen enough of M'vila or Powell and am not too keen on Baines

This thread comes across like a massive herd of African wildabeasts who are spooked by a noise and stampede into waiting Crocs.

There is a HUGE diff between wanting Chelsea to win and saying congrats, well done afterwards!

Either way, Chelsea winning the fecking thing could only be bad news for United. I was extremely pissed off and assumed everyone felt the same.

Anyway, if people genuinely wanted to congratulate the Chelsea players/fans I'm not sure a Manchester United website is the best place to do it.

Yup I found the love for Chelsea and a lack of disappointment at Chelsea winning a little surprising. I wanted Barca to hammer them.
