Dull
A game of two halves. We let this one go and we let it go badly. Fergie will not be happy. Tevez may well start the next game.
very dissappointing performance in second half, Phil Neville's challenge on Ronaldo turned the game for me, got their fans behind them and rattled us
Well its a point. Fantastic 1st half performance but we're not killing off games. Today should have been dead and buried at half time. We've only got ourselves to blaim for dropping 2 points today.
I'm still unsure how Berbatov fits in our style of play, he does seem to slow our play up and there simply isn't as much movement as last season. Still a point away can't be sniffed at, they all add up and Everton played extremely well in the 2nd half so they deserve credit.
he played very well in the first, and was at the heart of all our moves, we were flowing and the movement was a treat on the eye, he has been instrumental in the past 3 games as well, now after one bad half he cant fit into our system.
Normally I take heart from a draw, I like to take positives from getting a point in a match but TBH, this feels more like a loss today. At half time I was confident we'd come out the 2nd half, hopefully get that important 2nd goal and really put the game to bed but it didn't happen. We just seemed to fall apart in the 2nd half and nothing went for us. Ronaldo had a great chance towards the end but just couldn't put it away. I don't take heart from this today, I feel very disappointed and like I want to curl up and not see anybody the rest of the day
Tomorrow, let's hope for a fecking draw between the Renties & Dippers![]()

Should have been a red, fcukin Wiley bottled itfecking stupid tackle by Phil Neville against his old club.
It's not so bad. We've got the toughest fixture list, after January we'll be able to go on a very nice run as we only have 2 tough away fixtures. We've had all our tough away fixtures in the 1st half of the season, so as long as we can keep close to the top 3 we'll be doing ok.
It was wreckless & deliberate foul play, Gaz should give him a kickinIt definitely wasn't a red for Neville.

were starting to sound like the fecking scousers now
You didn't mention Tottenham either.Well its the truth.
We've already played: Portsmouth, Liverpool, Chelsea, Blackburn and Everton away. With Arsenal, Villa, Man City coming up before December.
Thats practically the entire top 10 from last season and we'll have played them all away before December.
Well said.Negatives:
- Dropping 2 points obviously
- Rio and Brown having poor days
- Ronaldo still missing chances he was scoring last year
- Berbatov didn't do much with the ball in the 2nd half
Positives:
- This was always a tricky game as Everton were back on an upswing judging by their performance for most of the game at the Emirates. A draw is no disaster. Just bad luck not to have played them a month earlier.
- Fletcher played really well again and was rewarded with a goal
- Rio hopefully has his one dodgy game a season out of the way
- 2 very winnable home games coming up to get back on track.

Well said. I am still concerned that we are not in the top 4 however. 8 matches, 15 points. We've dropped almost 10 points. That's a bit too much. Anyone have statistics from previous seasons?
After 8 games last season which took us to the end of September, we were 2nd in the table and in our 9th game we were top. I know we have the game in hand this season but god knows when that'll be played in all honesty. Although it should be said that by this time last season, we'd already played 11 league games so were up there at the top of the table whereas we've only played 8 games up until now. We need to get ourselves dusted off and get into gear by picking up 6pts from our next two matches which are both at home.

I thought Wednesday was our game in hand?
Nope, every team is playing during the week.
a few thoughts after this game which I didn't see it:
in my opinion you can not start an important game (away at Everton is in this category) with two players without technical abilities like Park and Fletcher...only if there is not another solution. Anderson was on the bench and Nani also. Plus the Brazilians kids...

Rooney to score a hat-trick, kiss the badge, and moon the blue cnuts
