incredibly woeful performance...Scholes was fecking cock for doing that, but shit happens. Worst passing i've seen from us for many years. Aslo, Down had a shocker,how was that not a high foot on Evra for their second.

It wouldn't have been my choice of starting XI, but the players we had on the pitch should have been good enough had they played to their ability.
 
I'm shocked, I really am. I seriously didn't expect us to lose 2 games in a row. When do we ever do that? We had gotten ourselves so far ahead that we could have afforded to lose a few games or maybe draw some games. Well now we've lost two games in a row, there can't be any more room for results like this, there just can't be. We've 9 games left now and we need to get our shit together if we want to retain this league title. We now go into the international break and hopefully get some of the heads cleared and ready to come back in a few weeks. Please lads, don't let this title slip from our grasp.

We can still win it, bearing in mind Rentboy (losing 1-0 as we speak) and Scousers still need to win to catch us up!

You should count yourself lucky as being just a fan, not the players or the manager! It's getting seriously more and more difficult towards the end of season. All those who said, we must win every game must shut up! It's really not as easy as fans sitting home second guessing the players' mind set.
 
I dont even want to hear any excuses this is seriously sad. We just wern't here today all we can hope for is a draw/loss for Liverpool but even that won't adress how poor we were today

Ok. United were a complete shambles in the first half. They played much better when Rooney came on for the second half. It's not just about talent but also desire. If one thing good came from this match it would be that the value of a Tevez is highlighted. He is so underrated and under used this year.

Scholes was a mess for being sent off, but United were crap before that. I thought Giggs was a passenger. Yes he made about two very good passes all game. But, he basically strolled around the pitch and gave so many balls away. I thought Van Der Saar was the best player. He kept United in the match in the first half. Berbatov was complete Shite. What can you say about a lazy player who did nothing with the ball. Ronaldo and Park were better. But, Ronaldo please look at the big picture. Fletcher will never be your top 6 on the field. I thought he did alright. The back four were alright as well considering how pathetic the midfield was in that first half.
What we found out is that Scholes and Giggs shouldn't be on the same team sheet. Rooney or Tevez need to play every game. Carrick and / or Anderson need to be in the starting line up. You can't be out worked and expect to work. I think we are missing our right backs as well (Brown and Rafael). Still no excuses for that first half performance. Embarrassing.
