Internationals September (Nations League + Friendlies)

We are actually leading with this side against Italy. Amazing stuff. Dzeko with a goal after a corner.

Very good performance tbf. Organized and had our moments on the break... Italy hasn't really created anything

Ake at LB today, where Guardiola will play him I think.

Fair enough to the boys, we look well organised which is more than enough for a start.

Wijnauldum lucky to stay on, he’s been crap. The Dutch are only winning 1-0 we saw yesterday with Germany that it’s a mistake to go defensive.

Our fitness levels can best be summed up as "Formentera"

Meh I dont see them ever getting through. We're still mostly attacking anyway.

Luuk de Jong looked amazing those 30 odd seconds he came off the bench.

Italian players can't pass the ball at all, this is so easy for Bosnia to hold on

Thought we were the better team there tbh, feel like we could've easily won that game. Obviously Italy had more possession and random shots that weren't really chances, but the few real chances fell our way and we looked dangerous on the counter. Without Pjanic too. Shockingly competent, Bajevic definitely the best coach Bosnia have had in ages, he likely won't stay too long though unfortunately.

I rarely watch us these days, you seriously think that? Hopefully you are right then.

Just seen the highlights of the Netherlands game. One hell of a shot from Donny with his left foot.

Well for one he's actually had previous experience in a real league  My dad's been very complimentary towards him though, and today was definitely the most competent we've looked in ages. Apparently he's not planning on staying past the playoffs though, so hopefully that changes if we make it to the Euros.

I wish United kept hold of him for a bit longer. Too quick to get rid.
Probably did Memphis good though. He wasn't on a good trajectory United and immediately seemed to be doing better once he joined Lyon. Guess he needed that step back to take another step forward now. :)

You’re probably more up to date than me in that case
I don’t watch much of it myself, only big games or something that friends are watching. I do read a little about it, but that’s about it.
Today I'm going to see if I can find a stream of the game between Fakel vs FC Orenburg from the Russian 1st Division.

Its hard to tell because we were playing him in a position he no longer plays now. Actually, I remember being impressed by the few occasions he played up top for us. Unfortunately, that didn't happen much.

as i said: fitness levels = formentera

also no verratti or jorginho, big misses

Gibraltar v San Marino - Clash of the minnows. Gibraltar just scored from a stunning header off a free-kick. Great goal by Graeme Torilla!
