Verón will rip you to pieces! :D

Veron is not as good now as his Lazio days some of you EPL fans may have seen him play for lazio but most english fans seem to lack true Knowledge about football. You limit yourselves to the biased EPL commentators views. I hope it is a good match but i think Juve can do it.

FORZA Juve

 Why cannot some people just accept that Italian football has had its day?

The power now rests in the hands of the clubs of Spain and England!

How can you seriously say that italian football has had its day. When Ac Milan have beaten and outplayed real madrid, Inter thrashed Newcastle 4-1 and Juve (missing 11 players) were just beaten by Manure. If any of you EPL fans would even care to watch some Serie A you would see that we have some huge talents coming through and we still have the big names. Inter will take giggs from you in the summer.

They are welcome to him if they have the money (do they, or are they going to try and rob us like Lazio did?). :)

How have your clubs been doing in Europe recently? Well, would you say?

Thought not!

Of course Inter have the money. Their president is massimo Moratti he is a very wealthy oil tycoon thats why inter never run out of money. Although it is pretty funny that Lazio have not bothered to pay you. Although if i was in lazio's position i would not bother to pay you.

ForzaTube...can you please convince SS Nazio to give us our Stam money ?

Cheers

So?

How's that an indication of how they're going to be this year?

Our clubs had some bad seasons yes i will admit that i will not make excuses but Italian football is on the up again in the club scene we have Ac milan virtually through to the next round of champ league and Inter and Juve can also qualify to the quarters. Lazio are still in the Uefa cup although i believe FC Porto will win it.

Is past form not a good indicator of how a club will do in the European Cup. Do you not agree that experience is very important in this competition?

I just hope it's a good game. You'll probably qualify now after Deportivo's night of madness last week.

Not really.

Of course I do.

If you look at past experience then Juve should be near the front as we went to 3 consecutive finals.

That's my point. Losing that semi-final in 99 was the start of your decline.

For anyone that thinks italian football is finished then check out british eurosport Sunday at 7pm for full live coverage of Juventus vs Inter Milan (teams are level top on points should be a cracker) ;)

Andi...do you support Juve over United ? <img src="graemlins/nervous.gif" border="0" alt="[Nervous]" />

No quite clearly your point was that a team needs experience which again quite clearly Juve have in abundance.

I never said it was finished, but I cannot see an Italian club getting to the semi-final stage. Roma are already gone.

And Milan beating Madrid wasn't that much of a surprise was it? Whan was the last time Real won in Milan? And especially considering the away form of Real Madrid recently. Look at their loss to Osasuna of all people a week ago.

Not recently they do not.

If milan beating madrid wasnt a suprise then that must mean they are better as you wouldnt expect the worse team to win.

United are going to become the only club to make it to the quarter final stage for seven years running. Each year it is virtually guaranteed.

No, look at my comment regarding Real Madrid's away form. They have been like that in the league for the last two seasons, but that was the first time they have really shown it in Europe.

And Liverpool ;) </strong><hr></blockquote>

<img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />

Well TBH, they only really had one year in the past, errrrm how many?

So what who cares about a team in the quarters you have only won it once and that is what counts. Just out of interest who was that team that beat you 1-0 in the qualification stage for the champ league?

Disagree.
That was the particular year where Lippi resigned (sacked) midway through the season, things were going to shit, and Juve finished 6 in the league, the lowest position in the last 20 yrs or so. Oh and Henry was deemed unuseful.
Pure madness!

In a way, getting to the CL semis was the pinnacle of that year.
