You're mistaking us with the likes of some of you cnuts were on here braying and calling for Fergie to be replaced as past his 'sell by' just last august because you hadn't brought in a £30m plaything for you to all drool over. Now you're having a great season it's all rosy in the garden but dion't for one minute think we'll not be on here at the weekend.

Can I say the same for you if Fowler scores the fourth?

You expect Fowler to score an O.G ?

Might put a bet on that. I mean, the odds won't be too high, since he's shite, but still....

Both teams and both sets of supporters are going to be well up for this. Liverpool want to beat us to stop us winning the premiership and we will want to win this to help ensure we do.

It's not going to be like the games at the start of the season where both teams are desperate not to lose, so they set out for a draw.

I expect to see a cracking start with end to end stuff and one team knicking an early goal.

Liverpool will really need their midfield to fire for this one. Their strikers aren't going to get much change out of our defence.

Only luck saved us the last three games, what is wrong with our players, they need to sort there act together if they were to snatch any kind of points from this match, to be honest this game will be one of our toughest.

Hopefully we go back to playing the football we normally play. There is certainly an element of luck conjured in the last 3 games. Its amazing we got 3 wins out of them, but Saturdays game every player has to be on top form. Carrick played well when we faced Chelsea and i think he's going to be pivotal for this game if he plays to his ability.

I know it may still be early days a bit but i truly believe if we win this we'll have one hand on the title.

That should be the team. Giggs could drop to the middle if needed, but I hope we dont play Rooney on the left though

A draw will be a brilliant result. The way our defence has been playing I can see us conceding a goal atleast.

It seems pretty obvious to me that SAF will use 4-5-1 in Liverpool away, given their strong central midfield.

3-1 Scholes, Rooney and Gaz (if he's still a United player that is)

Oh did the press not release the story. We have sold Neville before the Liverpool game midway through season. Of course he'll still be a United player

And I'll be very very surprised if SAF keeps Brown in after recent performances for the Liverpool game just because of a small argument with Fergie.

I'll go with 1-1 or 2-2 draw.

Saha to get atleast 1

Liverpool - 0
United - 5

Saha:2
Ronaldo:1
Rooney:2

We all hope that would happen, but to be realistic there wont be too many goals in this game, if there is 1-2 goals we should be happy.

2-1 United

Saha 5'
Kuyt 35'
Rio 90' (deja-vu) followed by Neville running to Kop as he kisses the badge and vehemently curses the Scouser fans. Incidentally, after the tragic loss Liverpool will lose 4-0 to Barca on Tuesday, effectively ending Liverpool's season trophyless as it should 18-5 more like 0-0-0-0, hopefully they finish horribly as well as Bolton knocks them out of a CL spot

The title race is over, regardless of the score if United can win this one. United do still have to play Chelsea at the Bridge, but Chelsea have to Arsenal, so I think at worst those results would balance out.

If we win this one the title is ours. We would only have to six more while Chelski would have to win their 10 remaining games and even then we'd still win on goal difference.

To be honest there game play isn't all that, the thing is they have leaked only a handful of goals at Anfield in the Premiership and also they are fighting for 3rd spot as Arsenal are chasing.

So what I am saying is, it will certainly won't be a walk over and I just hope that our players prove there worth especially Mr Carrick as his midfield role is not yet paying off, but what I don't understand is that we paid so much for the lad but he is yet to prove himself, so I just hope he proves a little of his worth on Saturday.

Even though I am thinking it will be a draw, I am thinking this week it will be Rooney who takes the Ball home with him, he will do something I am pretty sure, but I hope it is a spectacular thing which ever it is.

And by the way, should Saha be started ahead of Larsson?

Saha should definately start ahead of Larsson. It's almost a no-brainer I feel.

Definately a toughie to call. Hopefully we will up our performance for this one cos if we play like we have in recent weeks we will lose.
But in saying that it is Liverpool and we will deffo be up for it so I predict us to win by the odd goal
Ronaldo to get the winner

Saha should definately start against Liverpool. Anyone who saw the Reading match knows he was immense in the time that he played. Saha this term has turned up for the big matches ( Benfica, Chelsea). He has a tremendous aerial presence and he can beat the odd man or two. Larsson (albeit a great player) has been a bit lacklustre in the last couple of games and it would be a shame if Fergie left Saha out as we need him to be on top form for the rest of the title race.

Larsson should start on the bench. He'd have more impact coming off the bench than starting the match as he's proved many a time.

Yup

Larsson can still have a good impact but i'd start with Saha

I expect the subs to be:

PIG, Brown, O'Shea, Park, Saha/Larsson

OR

PIG, Heinze, O'Shea, Park, Saha/Larsson

-----------------------VDS-----------------------
Neville------Ferdinand-----------Vidic---------Evra
Ronaldo------Scholes------------Carrick------Giggs
-------------Rooney--------------Saha-----------

Subs: Kuszczak, Brown, Heinze, O'Shea, Larsson

OGS and Fletcher out for this match due to knee and ankle injuries respectively. Liverpool have not lost at home, while our away form looks shaky at the moment.

Saha should start after a great performance against Reading during the midweek cup tie. I feel that Larsson makes a bigger impact when brought on from the bench rather than starting.

I'll go for a 2-0 win, Rooney and Saha to score.
