It might sound weird but I think Silvestre should be brought on to cope with Bellamy, he has dealt with pacey players before like Henry and did a terrific job.

And Saha needs to be brought on for a target up front to hold the ball.
 
The defence is under way too much pressure, when we avhe broken out which ahs been rare enough, it's been unusually narrow bar Evra down the left flank.

Got to inject some pace into our play, we're playing right into their hands like this.

Wasn't exactly what i was expecting at 12:45 but hey.

He's having a fecking shocker.

Not a big game ref at all. He seems to believe that the team in the red have the right to pull shirts, kick out, and foul at will, whilst the team in white are not allowed to play contact football.

Very odd, and exactly the sort of thing that worries me the most about these sorts of games.

Heinze is not listed on the bench today....I do think Fergie needs to take Vida out though...
 
Larsson need to be replaced by Saha as soon as possible and I don't care that it's his last league game for us, he won't create anything today.
 
Not liking this performance so far, Rooney and Larsson need to get more involved and I don't have a clue what's wrong with Vidic. Hopefully it'll be different in the second half and we can make a few more chances, otherwise Liverpool will tear us to peices.

No, he isn't, what Vidic has been doing today and lately is outrageous, he's getting outmuscled by some tiny Welshman, he needs twenty seconds to decide what to do with the ball, he doesn't even know when he gets it, piss poor.

I feel the same, Melv. Larsson has just not had it yet today, and I'd like to have seen Saha from the start anyway. Vidic is struggling, especially since that little cnut seems to be allowed to foul at will by the Legendary Martin Atkinson.
 
Saha definately needs to come. Very tight so far hard to call how it is going to go
 
We need to try and get Scholes dictating trhe game more. He's been class when he's managed to get a foothold.

If it wasn't for Vidic secretly being Silvestre, I'd be quite confident.

Our counters look nice, but Ronnie must negotiate a way through because we can only take so many of those crosses. What a dive by Kuyt (was it Kuyt?) to win that FK in close. It looked like a dive anyway.

How is the English stream doing? I switched over to the Chinese one a few minutes in because the English one kept cutting in and out, did it get better? Did anyone stick with it to find out?

Very nerve wrecking this one. I'm still sticking with my 2-0 prediction.

Ronnie and Saha will do them in.
