Poor Glaston, he is gonna lose his money now!
So where does this leave us, then? Assuming he wants to go Chelsea and we can't get our hands on Mr. Wesley Sneijder?
I'm just hoping Glaston doesn't have any rope nearby.

It's abundantly clear that Modric will not be leaving Spurs this summer - the evidence for this is overwhelming and there is zero evidence to the contrary.
.
"Sooner or later" means next summer at the earliest
Modric said:‘I want to leave Tottenham...I have enjoyed my time there, but now it is right for me to look at another club.'
did you post that gif mate, all I can see is a cross![]()
There's some classy lads in the Spanish under 21 squad.
Its actually a different gif, but you still should be able to see it !![]()
Sort of feel sorry for Glaston......it's not nice to hear that talk from players you adore.
I hope we have our backup options (If we were even interested in Modric - there's no evidence we were)...I think it's a bit of a shock he'll end up at Chelsea though.
nasri?
Dont really know who we could go after. Honestly thought modric was best option for us.
Why would it be a shock? It was perfectly predictable from the moment they showed interest in him.
But their interest wasn't necessarily predictable. There was an assumption from many until the last few days that if Fergie wanted him he'd get him. We still don't know if Fergie even wanted him, we don't seem to have made a bid for a start.
Yeah I do to, even more so because Modric wants to move to another London club.Sort of feel sorry for Glaston......it's not nice to hear that talk from players you adore.

Fergie has praised Modric over and over again the last couple of years, so I'd be very surprised if he doesn't want him.
Why haven't we bid though? Maybe we didn't want to match Spurs' valuation for him or we knew he wanted to stay in London or something, but it seems wierd. Chelseas bid has been known for 2 days now, and we haven't responded to it. Maybe our priorities lie elsewhere.

I think you're making a mistake in assuming you know everything that goes on behind the scenes.
They are going in a great direction and everything about the club is very good. They [Chelsea] are the only one who sent an offer and they are at the moment my first choice."
