Manchester City v Manchester United

--Valencia---------Owen-----------Park------

-----------------Pig--------------------
Rafael-Neville-Vida-Evans-Brown-Fabio-Evra
----------------Fletcher------------------
-----------------Diouf--------------------

I think we can all agree the most attacking side ever seen on the planet. Makes the Brazilian team of the 70's look like the Italian team of the 80's.

I dont see us winning this.. Do we play the full team or give the same team we played today another runout to redeem themselves

diouf won't even be playing

We know, it's been decided that it's to unfair to let him start the game. Worried about the puice De Stefano turning it into a cricket score.

You do realise your now the cause of about....well atleast 2 flagging erections on this thread?....hope your satisfied.

When Boothy mentioned him and 10 goals i was satisfied. The flagging quickly followed.

Last game I predicted we will hammer Leeds and we turn out a dreadful performance, so this time I'm going to reverse it and say we're going to get beaten 2-0 by the massiffs and see how that turns out.

Tevez to score, and the cnut will celebrate by doing his idiotic, retarded monkey salsa number.

Foster

Rafael
Vidic
Evans
Evra

Carrick
Fletcher
Scholes

Valencia
Rooney
Giggs

SUBS: Kuszczak, Neville, Fabio, Anderson, Park, Owen, Berbatov.

Before today I would've liked to have seen Gibson and Welbeck again. I just don't think Fergie will take any chances after today's events, however.

For me, Rafael, Vidic, Evra, Fletcher, Carrick, Scholes and Rooney must all play.

Either Valencia or Park has to start - they're the only two whose energy can shame the rest into playing like they actually give a damn.

SAF stated that he trusts he's youth, so I don't see a reason why we won't field them again. Unless most of our youth is injured I don't see why we will field our first team members and risk them getting injured. Maybe 2-3 first team members, but I'm certain that SAF will field the players he think needs games. It's the Carling Cup FFS, I don't mind as long as we are still in the hunt for the CL & PL. Glory United, I will always support what ever you field SAF !

I'm praying that he doesn't score for that very reason.

PIG - only because VDS isn't back

Rafael
Brown - only because Vidic is injured. Again.
Evans
Evra

Valencia
Carrick
Fletcher
Park

Rooney
Berbatov

Please do not put Obertan anywhere near the team. Please do not put Welbeck anywhere near the wing.

I think Bellamy and Tevez will run our backline ragged.

This.

Not a hope in hell...Fergie after todays match "most of the players today wont play on wednesday" so you can rule the front 2 out for starters...Vidic seems to have gone AWOL and Giggs is a shoe in for the weekend and wont play twice in 3 days so that rules him out.

Itll be a mixture of youth/reserves and the odd first teamer.

He's played one full game in 3 weeks, he came on as a sub in the last match remember. He will start and i think Scholes and Rooney will also start.

Line Ups????

I want this:

Hell
Disaster - Doom - Gloom - Destruction
Implosion - Explosion - Erosion - Debt
Aberbaortion - Rooney

Subs:
Dumb
Dumber
Laurel
Hardy
Groucho
Harpo

The same Italian team that outscored Brazil 3-2 at the 1982 World Cup?

Giggs wont start against City you can quote me on that....it dosnt matter how much or little hes played in the past few weeks the bare facts are he cant play 2 games in 3 days anymore our manager has said this time and time again this season alone, when was the last time Giggs started twice in 3 days? youd be going back a long time to find it.

Im 100% certain Giggs will start the league game against Brum on saturday which will be a very tough game by the way so fergie will want our best possible team for that one....which rules him out of wednesday.

Expect Park/Valencia to start on the flanks against city.

Better that we win in a convincing display [which we've done more infrequently than you'd like] to raise confidence.

We must get the blend right here. Oh and no 4-4-2 please Sir Alex, if that is possible.

Foster
Rafael, Vida, Evans, Fabio
Valencia, Fletcher, Scholes, Park
Rooney, Owen

Put Vida in there because if he is fit then he probably will start ahead of Brown who was shaky Sunday.

If Nani is fit - I wouldn't put it past SAF to throw him on the left - sink or swim in a big game. Ruthless but, could be effective.
