No - 5 Yellows = Ban period ended Dec 31st. It was changed this season. However, 10 yellows by March still = 2 game suspension.

If Nani has earned a start, it will be on the left wing. One good game doesn't mean he takes Valencia's first choice spot away instantly. That's if he starts at all, if Giggs is ready he'll probably start on the left. Nani has definitely earned a place in the match day squad though if Fergie thinks he's up to playing twice in a few days after coming back from an injury (though it's four days away so he has plenty of time). I don't see why everyone is chucking Brown on at right back either.. He's not played there properly in God knows how long, and despite Rafael having played quite a bit lately and not having a great game against City, he'll probably still play unless Neville does (though I think Fergie is punishing him by leaving him out, unless he has some legitimate injury). I'd be tempted to have Brown pair with Ferdinand, but there's no point in changing a clean sheet earning back four from Hull, is there?

Hopefully we'll win it. Gibson, Park, or Scholes may find their way into the squad, but I'd honestly say it will only be Anderson or Diouf that give way. Of course, this is if Ferdinand doesn't get punished for his antics against Hull - by the FA or Fergie.

Is Neville injured, I know he wasn't on the bench today. If hes fit he should be starting on Wednesday! "Gary Neville is a red, he hates Tevez"

I wouldn't be surprised to if Berbatov and Owen start, Fergie might want to make sure Rooney is fit for Arsenal
 
Rooney will probably start, he thrives under these conditions when something is at stake and especially against our bitter rivals.

Nani has to play, it will be easier for him to carry on his form in a home game where we need to really go for it rather than down at Arsenal where we'll probably opt to play defensively.
 
I think this will be a big game in the flow of the season, a big win will get United going, a loss will do the same for City.

I think United will win 2-0 or it will be 0-0

Nah. Berbatov has been in good form of late and his and Rooney's partnership has started to blossom. He was given the rest today and I'd wager that he'll be in the side come Wednesday. Speaking of which:

Id like to see us go with that, very attacking side and puts as many of our most inform players on the pitch as possible i think, id like to see Nanis excellent performance today rewarded by keeping his place think he deserves that, and with none of our central midfield overly excelleing in the first leg i think moving Giggs inside would not only allow us to keep Nani in the team but also provide us with a more creative look to our central midfield.

Fact is we need goals and we need to be positive from the outset....that team looks a very potent one to me.
