I would go with this.
I'll replace Carrick with Possebon. Carrick deserves a rest, and SAF did say he'll give the kids a chance in the Carling Cup. It's a shame that Fabio is out injured, would love to see him in the Left Back slot so that Evra can get a rest.

whoever is filling in for Evra against Spurs needs to start this game. So be that Evans at LB or O'Shea at LB.

I heard on SSN this morning that Ronaldo (and Evra for picking up 5 bookings) will miss the away match against Tottenham in the league a week on Saturday I would much prefer them both to miss this match or even on Saturday against Sunderland at home.
