Manchester United vs. Derby County

pffttt! Only four goals against Derby???!!! You lot are on the slide!

By the way, how many has Carlitos got now this season?

Ronnie hasn't dived for along time, then he goes and fecks it up today

His gonna get slated on MOTD tonight, and for another 6 months by football supporters. Fergie needs to have ANOTHER word with him about the diving.

And no-one will bring up the chelsea dive that ensured them 3 points.

at least our game was over.

Unfortunately, our fans are rather "spoilt"

I think the more remarkable thing is not that you didn't win by more, but that Derby actually scored an away goal. Would've put money on them not scoring against your lot. God, your defence must be shite!:D

The only thing I'm annoyed about is that Ronaldo dived. Apart from that, great result, 4 more goals, 2 for Tevez, and most importantly, 3 points.

He did dive, but it was deserved for the no call at Fulham.

Probably speaking out of turn here, but is it any wonder that Ronaldo doesn't get legitimate penalties when he dives around the way he does. Haven't seen the latest one, but it sounds very dodgy. To not get one at Fulham for whatever reason shouldn't necessarily justify him getting one today...if you follow my logic.

I totally agree, but apparently if you dare criticise Ronaldo, you are not a proper United fan.

So I'll have to leave it to you to fight the barrage of abuse you'll probably get for that comment.

What do you define as 'Diving around the way he does'? He is improved loads in respect to his cheating, there are tons of players in the premiership who have dove more then he has in the last 12 months and yet nothing ever gets mentioned with regards to them. Hell Rooney has been more guilty of it in that time then Ronaldo, as as Evra adn now Nani since he has joined us. Yet its as if people are waiting for Ronaldo to do it so they can label him again with a tag that lots of premiership players deserve more and don't get. Name me the last time that Ronaldo conned a penalty before today. There has been numerous ones that he should have got and didn't. That's what gets my goat if Ronaldo should be pilloried for his one indescresion in god knows how long, then there should be a witch hunt on Joe cole who does several a match and yet no one mentions. That's what annoys me and for some of our fans to jump on the bandwagon really pisses me off. There are worse culprits at United then Ronaldo, don't see them getting the same treatment.

As for today's incident, remember Gerrard at Villa? Same but in the penalty area.

That statement speaks volumes alone.

Today's incident probably shows that he is now a bit more creative in his 'simulation'...actually knocking his own leg against a defender, while in the process of falling down, even before the defender thought about tackling. Now that is class.

That move was mastered by Pires I believe, at Highbury vs Pompy

I think this says more personally.

Answer the question in the post, list the last time he got a decision through cheating mate, don't just jump on the 'all the time' bandwagon.

Unlike the majority of you on here I don't avidly watch Ronaldo's every move of every game. But a bandwagon? The guy started it himself in those early days...a reputation is very hard to get rid of. Is it any wonder that referees aren't giving into him as much - today's ref may have been on the blind-side and not seen his diving, who knows...but the fact he did it when he is clearly an amazing talent shows up one hell of a major fault in his game. Unless that is accepted by those on here, in which case, fair enough.

'All the time'? It happens enough, mate...and that's the worry. Why does he do it? Can you answer me that?

If Tevez took the penalty he'd probably have missed it. Im actually never confident when either him, Rooney or Saha are in on goal. They are all great players but they need to put away the easy chances. Rooney had 2 today and Saha had a couple on monday, and Tevez usually hits the ball straight at the keeper.

Good win mind you.
